We’ve been to Marcos or had delivered before. It’s always been soggy, (even when we ordered it well done), and very little sauce. Today we went in and placed our order. It was much better, could actually taste the sauce and it was not soggy. Although the extra onions and jalapenos were almost non existent. But my biggest problem was not a single person wore gloves while preparing all the orders. They were touching thier hair,wiping hands on thier clothes, going into all varieties of products and areas of the kitchen. The owner(Indian man),would handle cash then go straight into kitchen and handle raw products. Not once did I see anyone wash thier hands. We waited over 30 min for our order to be ready.Next time we will go next door and try taste of Italy. They have better reviews and im gonna bet they are more Sanitary. I have worked in food service for 20 years. I observed absolutely no organization here.

We have ordered from Marco’s once a week for the last 2 years. We have always had a positive experience up until last Saturday. When our order was delivered last Saturday when the delivery driver handed the boxes to my husband grease went everywhere, all down his brand new polo shirt. The delivery driver saw it but turned around and hurried to his vehicle. I called and talked to the manager, Steve, who told me to send him pictures. I did. He said it looked horrible and he would talk to the owners to see what they wanted to do and he would get back to me ASAP. That was Saturday. Monday evening I still didn’t hear from Steve so I called back and spoke with another manager who had no idea what I was talking about. He said he was so sorry for the incident and would offer what we had ordered at no charge and talk to Steve and ask him to call me back. I received no call. Friday afternoon I call back and talk to Steve again and he tells me someone was supposed to be in touch with me all week, but he didn’t follow up. He offered to have the shirt dry cleaned but he was laughing the whole time. It was really off putting and there was notnone single apology or sincere effort to make the situation right. With so many competitors, I am taking a break from this chain because as customers we should feel valued. Business I can see going down for this location.

We’ve ordered from this location many times and always request a square cut because our child will only eat the pizza that way. When placing our order online, we selected the square-cut option, but it did not appear in the order summary. To be safe, I called the store right after placing the order. The employee confirmed they could see my order and said they would add a note to have it cut correctly.
The pizza arrived—and once again, it was not cut the way we requested. Very disappointing. It seems like the app isn’t working properly, and the store didn’t follow through either. At this point, we’ll likely be finding another pizza place.

I had to repeat my card number 4-5 times to this employee and she still could not figure it out. I decided rather than have my credit card number stolen, I will just do business elsewhere. In the last 4 months all the reviews are 1-2 star. This place has gone downhill and I will not be returning again

The staff was friendly and quick with our order, and the pizza came out fresh, hot, and delicious. The crust had the perfect crunch, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese and toppings were generous.
The store was clean, and they seemed to take pride in their service and food quality. Whether you’re dining in or picking up, they move things along efficiently without making you feel rushed.
Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area and craving a quality pizza experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by around 10pm and ordered me a small Ultimate Magnifico. When I arrived the establishment was very clean and the staff was friendly. My pizza was hot,fresh, and tasted good.

I ordered delivery from Marco’s Pizza two days ago and had a great experience! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust was perfect, and everything tasted just right. Customer service was excellent—friendly and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

I ordered two small pizzas and a sub. The Chicken Florentine did not have the black olives that were requested and my Italiano sub had MOLD on the bread! I also asked for no tomatoes, and it still came on the sandwich. It was completely inedible. I’m very disappointed as I have never had a problem with Marco’s and we frequently order from this store but never again. I will be ordering from a different location from now on.
