I seriously regret giving this place another try. I ordered tonight and was told my pizza would be ready at 6:49, but it didn’t arrive until nearly 30 minutes later. When it finally showed up, it was a greasy mess. The boxes were soaked through, the pizza was soggy, and it honestly looked (and tasted) disgusting. I spent nearly $70 on this trash, and I felt like I needed a shower after eating it.

I ordered from here about 5 years ago and had a bad experience then, but thought maybe things had improved. Unfortunately, they haven’t. I would never order from this place again. Spend your money at Johnnys up the street.

I decided I wanted Pizza tonight for dinner, dine-in specifically. I started off going to Johnny’s right down the street…they were completely packed, not a empty table in the place and their restaurant is tiny to begin with so I decided to go down to Marcos to dine there hoping they would be less crowded.

Well they were. When I pulled up…there were no cars in the parking lot at all…which was already like concerning. Went inside, their dining area was completely empty but lights on and such. As I told the person at the counter I wanted to dine in she informed me “oh well we don’t do table side service anymore…but your welcome to place your order here and then sit over there if you want.” So I did just that. The soda fountain and ice machine still worked (which was good) but other than that the dining area looked like it had basically been abandoned. The tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. One table in particular had trash on it from some past guest which had not been cleaned up. The condiment tray on the tables were all completely empty and at the soda fountain only a very few items remained there. Mostly if you wanted anything, including napkins, you had to go to the counter and ask for them.

So Marco’s District Management…you want to do more business…take Johnny’s out…clean up your dining area, manage it better, and then people will come fill your much bigger nicer dining area instead of theirs.

I really like the thin crust pizza. It’s the perfect amount ingredients & dough without going into a carb coma. The hot wings were pretty tasty. I like them much more than other pizza places. If you need the sweet after the salt then get the brownie. It is by far the best dessert they offer. Great place for pizza!

If I had to choose my top three favorite pizza restaurants. Most definitely Marco’s would be on that list
Not just because their pizza is always hot and fresh. But their GM (Trevor Duncan ) knows what it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied.
I was really impressed that the lining in my pizza box , had barely any oil on it. That’s another reason why I love Marco’s pizza.

I order from here a lot with no issues but after this time I’m taking my business to a different pizza place. I placed my order at 7:30pm the pizza didn’t get here until almost 8:45 after being told it would only take 30 minutes. Somehow they had the wrong address and phone number for me but I’ve used the same account over and over again with no issues so I think the delivery driver was lying. The pizza arrived cold and crushed, I ordered extra cheese so it’s noticeable when the cheese is cold and hard to eat. The soda I ordered was also wrong . After calling back up there the manager said they would remake it and send it out and exchange the sodas. I would’ve been fine with this until about 5 minutes later she called back to say they would not be remaking it or sending another order out. She said they would refund me and give me a discount on my next order.. yeah right. Every manager says that and then when you go to use it they all of sudden don’t remember you and won’t discount anything. I’m not out that much money cause I used a coupon I earned after spending a $100 there but now I would be weary to ever use a coupon with them again if I were you I would stay away and order from a different location.

My family enjoys the fresh vegetables, sauce, and dough made every day for the pizza. I picked up my order and watched this guy making pizza. The dough was made that morning. I snuck a picture of him I love their salads. They pack a lot in it for the price. Reminds me of the good old days. One time the pizza was delivered and it wasn’t exactly right. They sent another one out immediately, let me keep the one I had, and gave me a coupon for free cheesy bread. My Marco’s is in Dallas ga on East Paulding Dr but I imagine they all take care of their customers. In todays time, this customer service still exist ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Who knew Marco’s Pizza was a dine-in restaurant?! I sure didn’t… not until I came inside to pick up a carry out order. This place is super cute, very clean and welcoming. There’s a full bar for those of you who want or need to get your drink on and the staff here are swift and soooo friendly. The food is excellent, in fact, I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered from here — the pizza bowls are my favorite. Come check this place out. It’s truly a hidden gem . Shout out to Savannah, she’s a sweetheart .

First visit to a Marco’s pizza. I ordered on the app and my pizza was ready on time. I selected a X-Large deluxe. The toppings were fresh. The pizza dough was good but I typically like thin crust pizza. Price was excellent value for this pizza.

Fifth order. Over-promises, under-delivers
The pizza is good.
The order accuracy needs improvement.
The service desperately needs leadership.
The streamlined process…..is non-existant.

I know, I know,…pizza places are usually staffed by teens/twenties, and all the kids are nice. BUT they are frustrated, because they are overwhelmed by the FREAKING HORRIBLE app/ordering system, and lack an experienced leader that can deal with the MANY problems that arise.
In short. I order 2 pizzas,carryout, Friday @6:55 pm, the app said the order would be done at 7:06pm. I didn’t actually believe it….but then the APP ORDER TRACKING said the order was “ready for pickup” at 7:06pm. Sweet (so I thought)… I went to the store….and the lobby had about 10 people in it that obviously had been waiting…. Oh yay!
Finally at 7:48pm I get 2 pizzas. The 2-topping has 1 topping, both were short the garlic sauce cups (noticed that when I got home) and crust toppers. The girl, (first day working there) says they can remake it…..LOL, like hell I’d wait around for another pizza to be made!!!
Whoever the owner/General/District manager is dropping the ball. The online- ordering system, (which they have to shut down because of order overload) is a total joke for 2022.
This location struggles to fulfill the orders and it’s the FAULT OF UPPER MANAGEMENT.
The app over promises what the store can actually deliver, and that is a cardinal sin of customer service.
P.S. there is a Domino’s just up the street.
