I love Marcos (normally)! Tonight I ordered a Deluxe pizza with green olives and black olives. When I got the pizza I had a couple slices (2) before I realized thats all that was on my “Deluxe pizza” was olives! No meat or any of the other ingredients that make up a deluxe pizza! I immediately called the store and told them what happened and was told we can remake the pizza (meaning Id have to wait another 30 minutes) I said no thanks id just like a refund! I was told and I quote we can give you a $10 credit but not a full refund because you ate half the pizza lol! Are you kidding me! Of course I refused and requested a full refund, and then was told the same thing and if not to have a good night! I paid $30 for olives and bread! Thanks Marcos!!

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas to get to the store to find out this location conveniently doesn’t honor the online specials. Then on the way home, a ton of grease poured out of one box and burned my mom’s hand and leg.

I ate from here for the first time a few weeks ago and got the pizza quicker than the time they originally gave me. The pizza was half done, the middle of the pizza was soggy and the pepperoni was raw. I paid over $20 when they had a special going when I looked online but the person who took my order over the phone failed to offer it and I had forgotten to ask because it took me a while to decide on whether I would order. I’m new to Atlanta and new to the area and was told Marco’s was good. I won’t order or spend my hard earned money here again due to my one and only experience.

I have always get pizzas from here. The employees are really nice. I usually call and place my order. Today, I called and a very rude guy answered and was asking for my phone number. I tried to ask why he needed my phone number and he starting yelling to me in spanish; “teléfono, teléfono” which translates to phone. I kept asking why do you need my phone number and he said no number no order. I just said ok, I’ll leave a review. Very rude and racist person and I am pretty sure he is the manager.

Never, ever, ever will I have pizza here again. I paid for large extra cheese. Not only was management rude, but this pizza is burnt (although the bread tastes soggy) and where is the cheese???? Is this extra cheese?????

UNFORTUNATELY, I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT DUE TO THE TASTE AND AMOUNT OF CHEESE AND TOPPINGS, THAT 50% OFF THE PRICE ALSO MEANT LESS OF EVERYTHING ELSE. JUST WASNT THE SAME. U KNOW WHAT THEY SAY. Marcos has updated their website, in the process they dumped my account and also dumped my rewards points.
When I ordered from this place I received a text from the driver on the address. I paid with a credit card, in full including a 20% tip.
Instead of receiving a call from the store manager I was instead told that my order was updated to “carry out” instead.
If unprofessional was a standard for this low class area, then this would be the Marco’s pizza that exemplified it.

I ordered a large pizza through GrubHub from Marco’s. I thought I was ordering from the Chamblee location; unfortunately, my order was sent to this location. The pizza is beyond greasy and soaked in oil! There’s literally more oil than tomato sauce on the pizza. This is very disappointing, because I can’t even eat the pizza. I cannot see myself ordering from Marco’s again, because this is ridiculous. No way should a pizza be this greasy!

I ordered 3 extra large and 1 large pizza plus 3 different kind chicken wings.
The delivery arrived on time and the food was delicious. Exactly how I requested it and everyone loved it.
