Food quality was the worse I’ve ever had from any pizza place. I intentionally chose Marco’s for their quality of fresh pizza and toppings over Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Tried to email customer support. I’m not fixing to sit on the phone all day calling customer service. I completed a survey and at the end it asked me did I notify the store of my dissatisfaction? What manager or associate, that works in a business, that deals with selling food to customers, would even sign off on this pizza? I shouldn’t have had to notify anybody bc this should never had made it past the counter!

Marco’s was my go to for good pizza for a long time, the last few times I’ve ordered delivery from this location, the pizza was horrible. This last time, it looked as tho a slice of pizza was taken out from the pie. I can’t stress how disappointed I am with Marco’s. I will absolutely never order from there again. I’m sure losing one customer won’t matter but hopefully this review causes anyone else to choose a different pizza shop from here on out. These restaurants need to learn that the only reason they’re still in business is because we freaking choose to go or order from them.

Very disappointed with this store. They gave my food to a DoorDash person and had no way of tracking it. Never got my food. Had to call them only for them to tell me they don’t know where my food is and don’t know what to tell me. I had them return my money and had to cook instead.If they had simply called me and said they were short staffed and if i wanted to pick it up or something i would have been less upset, but no contact and had me on hold for 15 minutes after i told them the issue is insane.

I placed my order 40 minutes before closing time, only to be told that they canceled my order because they were already cleaning the kitchen! They never even called me to tell me it was canceled so my family waited for food that was never being prepared. How is this place still open?

Fairly Decent Chain Pizza that is good when you are on the go and don’t want to cook. It’s not top notch but it isn’t bad either. There is nothing wrong with being fairly decent as long as the prices reflect this reality. Friendly service and really good sweet tea.

And when I called to tell them about the discrepancy the general manager wouldn’t even get on the phone! Instead he just kept telling the team member what to tell me. I believe his name is EVAN smh what a disgrace! This dude told me to bring the pizza back up there so he can inspect it and when I told him I have pictures because naturally I threw it away . I was told through the team member that the manager said if I don’t have the pizza for him to inspect then that’s it! How disrespectful distasteful and all together DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! Please BEWARE of what you’re eating!!!!!

I was totally disrespected by a manager over the phone and a delivery driver. Had to contact the police to get my refund back because the manager over the phone said I wasn’t getting anything back he was cussing at me over the phone the delivery driver was arguing back in 4th with me. The workers was using nasty gloves making pizza after taking his coat off. Whatever happen to customers always right no matter what the only way getting my money back was threw the police officer. The manager seemed like he was coming back to the restaurant to do something to me. He was in a red jeep and was Rolling up him a blunt in his car upon my arrival but he took off in the car. The delivery driver seem like he was on something Else. I have video footage I will never come to this location Ever Again I never had to Go through so much disrespect at a pizza place omg. People you all have been warned

I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce after paying a tip in advance and was greeted with this pizza…..it had no sauce at all…. really…..a pizza without sauce and instead of extra cheese it was barely cheese…..this is bottom of the barrel type establishment that probably under pays their employees which is why the employees are so carefree and careless about making a customer a quality pizza. Just terrible establishment….. Marcos has finally fell off it’s top tier level of use to be quality and has become a has been type of establishment…..”used to be good”. {I responded back to the Owner saying to contact let’s see if it’s all show…..I’m posting screenshots of the response or non response}
