I don’t know what happened but to this Marco’s but the service has gone down tremendously! How you have an attitude because you’re at work? None of us WANT TO WORK! Then I had to cut my own damn pizza and when I asked for a large meat and medium veggie, you give me a medium meat and and large veggie. Now I think you got an attitude because you can’t follow directions.

Just order today and I felt my service wasn’t dealt with correctly. Young lady clearly wasn’t helping right. Got my food at 8:14 but he lady brought my food and walked away without clarifying if my food was good. I had call her for to let her know my pizza order was incorrect. She then took it back and came back with still missing some of what I asked on my order. I’ve order from here numerous of time but today I felt my order was dealt with laziness. My pizza today looked unprofessional.

This place has gone down hill. Cold food because it sat in the driver’s car for more than an hour, was missing items, and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me or offer a proper refund. Ended up making dinner for the family before the food arrived. This is not customer service.

Our first order from Marcos. The delivery was very fast. However the pizza crust was tough, there was only 1 spinach leaf on each piece of pizza, very few mushrooms and no feta that we requested. So disappointing – will not order from Marco again.

I stopped coming here a few months back after the manager got into an argument with me about a sauce cup.
Every Marco’s I’ve ever been to, including this one, included a sauce cup with their pizza. Even if this had changed, there was no reason to be hostile with me about it.
This pizza already wasn’t that good, especially without the sauce, but I stopped coming here after this rude experience.

I give it 4 cause although their pizza is awesome ! Their side items arent as good. I ordered buffalo wings and wow they put way too much buffalo sauce on them ! Lighten up on the sauce i couldn’t eat all of them! If it happens again I’m gonna take pics and post it here. Those wings were awful!

My husband and I have gotten pizza from this location quite a few times but this particular time was different. We ordered two large pizzas for take out last night and everything was fine until this morning. We woke up early this morning feeling very sick from the night before. I was sick all morning that I couldn’t keep anything down. So much so one hour into my shift I was clocking out because of how sick and nauseous I was. We ended up throwing out both boxes of pizza and I was disappointed because food is too high to throw away and waste money. I honestly want my money back and I doubt that we will order from this place ever again.

I am a huge Marco’s Pizza fan from Augusta Georgia this is my first time ordering Marcos in Atlanta and I could say I’m not impressed my pizza was kind of stingy with the meat and it was little overdone I thought I had recommended it to a friend and he was not impressed either kind of blew it on that one Marcos. But the delivery driver was very friendly and the pizza was delivered really quick.
