Marco’s Pizza has stepped up their game! This is take out but the last 2 pizza’s I’ve gotten from them have been phenomenal! Fresh ingredients right amount of sauce (they had been a bit dry before) and ready in less than 10 minutes! Staff is friendly and helpful. Please go see them. If you order online they send you great coupons! Worth it!

Too well done. Regular crust and it was hard all the way through, cheese not gooey. Hardly any pepperoni on Pepperoni Magnifico. As soon as order was finished, I pulled it up in email where I could check progress and it said it was finished. I wonder if they gave me one that had been already made and sitting around. Very disappointed. Didn’t think to take a pic before we took pieces. Was hoping to have leftovers but not worth saving.

Placed an order at this location by accident on 12/12/25. Have been given the run around about a refund for now coming up on a month. Will have to file a complaint with my credit card company.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of months and have loved every order, however today(May 1st, 2020) My pizza was very over cooked. It didn’t looked that bad until I started to bite in the slice and the bread was very hard and falling apart. I’m never the one to complain, but I had to call the location(1590 Holcomb bridge road in Alpharetta) where I ordered the pizza to let them know that I had an over cooked pizza. I made the call at 9:23pm to report. The person that I talked to was very rude and basically told me that I was lying and said he couldn’t do anything for me. He also said that I may have ordered it “well done.” I told him that I didn’t and I have my receipt to prove it. I was very calm the entire time, but I was just surprised that they did me like that because I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time. Let’s just say that I won’t come to this location EVER again. Since he told me I was lying about my pizza I’m going to post them on here and let the public decide if I’m lying or not. I can’t believe this!! I know the Franchise wouldn’t treat a customer like this.

I was very disappointed in both the pizza and the customer service. The pizza came quickly, which was the only nice thing. I started eating a slice and noticed it was very dry. I couldn’t taste any sauce and realized there was no sauce on it at all. I ordered it with white sauce. I took apart several pieces and even wiped my finger on it, only seeing grease. When I called the store, the lady told me that there was sauce on it and that I just couldn’t see it. I told her I took the cheese off and wiped my finger on it and there was definitely no sauce. She continued to tell me I was wrong and just couldn’t see it. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me the manager was not available. No offer for a refund or to do another pizza for me. No offer to help me out at all, only kept telling me I was wrong. Very disappointing. I would not order from here again.

Hair in pizza. Do not buy pizza here I called to complain about a Hair in my pizza and the lady was very rude. She wanted me to drive to the store to bring the pizzas and get a refund. She also told me to never order pizza there again. Terrible customer service. We will not be buying here again and will let all friends and family know about the Terrible and disgusting situation.

I had a really disappointing experience at this pizza shop. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about toppings and sauces. On top of that, the pizza tasted stale and far from fresh. When I called to address the issue, I was met with more rudeness and no effort to make things right. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and food quality, so no one else has to go through this.

Get your pizza anywhere else. Accidentally placed an order at this marcos instead of the one near me. Found out when I went to the local one to pick it up and it of course wasn’t there. So I called the other one to tell them that we were too far away and couldn’t get it. The lady that picked up the first time hardly spoke any English and I told her what happened but she just yelled something in Spanish and hung up. So I called back and said I thought we had gotten disconnected and told the next person that we were too far away. This guy ALSO barely spoke English and said something about voiding the transaction. I said great! Then he just said again what sounded like he could void the transaction. I said great again. This happened three more times before I said, “Wait, are you saying you CAN NOT void the transaction?” To which he said “yes I can not” because the pizza is already made. So thanks for stealing my $40 and being completely unhelpful.
