DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Ordered 4 pizzas for my 3 year olds birthday party. Once I got to the party & tried to give a slice to the kids the pizza was hard as bricks. I immediately call the store ask for a remake or refund. They Initially told me the manger would call me back in 2 min. Never received that call so I called the store back. Meanwhile I’m at a whole birthday party im hosting & no pizza to serve. Once I followed up & call the store back & requested to speak to the manger again he then called. Very unprofessional & unhelpful. Instead of resolving my issue. He wanted me to prove that the pizza was not made correctly with picture. Due to the lack of urgency I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut who provided excellent service. I provided these pictures & had to call manger back to get him to accept my refund request. Refund is still pending i will circle back to give update on the refund status. Please look at these burnt cardboard pizza that I was given. I would not give this location any business.

Ordered from here 3 times in the past month and it was so good i had to come on here to leave a 5 star review!!! I have a Marco’s closer to my house but since my Grub Hub order came to this location I had to come on here and pay my respect! Consistently delicious! I’ve read the negative reviews but I guess they corrected what they were doing wrong because my pizzas came HOT and Cheesy! i might even order one tonight!! Kudos!!!!

Waited over 10 minutes for a Door Dash pickup. We don’t get paid to wait! The order is only available to be accepted if the store says the order is ready. Meaning they are lying so they can improve their times for corporate while screwing us the worker over.

All I can say is MMMMM…. My pizza was a 10/10 soo good. The team immediately greeted me at the door with a smile , my pizza didn’t take long to come out , and they remembered all my extras. All in all , great experience… this may become my home Marcos Store … the cheese to sauce ratio was PERFECT. I suggest you give them a try , you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread. When we got home with our order it was 2 cheesy breads and 1 pizza. I called the store to ask for a credit and the employee (Julian) was extremely rude to me and started yelling at me over the phone. He would not let me speak and kept interrupting me. He basically called me a liar and put the blame on me for not checking the order before we left. Yes, we should have double checked but mistakes happen and I was just asking for them to make it right. Julian spoke to me in an arguing, rude, condescending tone and I have never experienced such bad customer service. He said the owner would call me shortly and he did. The owner made it right and was very apologetic about his employees. The owner is the only reason I did not give 1 star.

I really like their pizzas. Very tasty, fresh, and hot. Cashiers there have always been friendly and helpful. However, they really should be putting liners between the bottom of their pizzas and the box. The grease from my Pepperoni pizza soaked through the box and stained my car seat. My car looks terrible now, will have to get it professionally detailed to hopefully fix it, making this modestly priced pizza extremely expensive in the long run. At least the pizza was delicious.

New hires really don’t care about their jobs. Ever since one of the previous employees left, the quality has really gone downhill. New employees can not follow simple requests like extra sauces, crust topping, or general pizza recipes, including which sauces go on what pizza. The toppings are just bunched up in the middle, pizza came out extremely greasy, and I had to advise the employee of where to get the sauces. Will likely not be coming back anymore.

UPDATE since response from owner: I tried writing feedback to the store using the ‘customer feedback’ link on the website before ever even writing a review. The link takes you to the online web order page, not anywhere where you can leave a review. The link provided by the owner who responded to my google review is also a link that takes you to order online (once you have chosen the specific store you hit the “give feedback” or “start survey” buttons and both take you to web ordering) This is unhelpful and somewhat shady. I would like an email address or phone number of a person that I can speak with regarding these matters. Not a link that is useless.
