Our company orders from this location many, many times throughout the year to fee our staff. Every time the pizza is made exactly how we ask and every time the pizza is delivered hot. The staff at this location are amazing people who are respectful and service oriented. Could not recommend more!

I had a pickup order that was prepared incorrectly. I asked for XL $13.99 deal and bread sticks for my family. I asked that the pizza be cut in squares because of the children that don’t care for crust. The pizza wasn’t cut in squares, they offered to remake, which they did but while I sat there the conversation between the two co workers was not meant for the workplace. After 15 minutes my pizza was ready. I got the pizza home to realize I didn’t receive the (2) ordered, the garlic bread was no longer fresh and the toppings on my remade
Pizza were minimal compared to the first pizza. Not sure I will order from them again!!

Honestly one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. The pizza was cold, greasy, and somehow still dry at the same time. The crust tasted like cardboard, the toppings were barely there, and the cheese slid off in one bite. Service was slow and the place didn’t feel clean. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back

Honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. Today I went in to pick up an online order and found out that two of the pizzas were somehow ordered incorrectly. Not sure if it was a glitch or entirely my fault; however, they called up the owner and switched it out for me. The whole time I was waiting, the employees were super welcoming and greeted every single person who came in and when they left. Even the staff from the kitchen called out to welcome people. SUPERIOR FIVE STAR customer service. I would highly recommend this for delicious pizza and friendly staff.

This is crazy—I love Marco’s Pizza, I really do, but this is the part I don’t understand. The customer in these pictures was originally inside without the dog. Then, she went back to her car, grabbed the dog, and brought it into the restaurant. How is there no management stepping in to say, “Ma’am, this is a restaurant”? Even though she’s holding the dog, its hair can still get everywhere. How is this allowed? I just don’t get it.

The manager should have said, “Your dog needs to stay in the car.” But now I get it—someone who got in the car with her is a family member of someone who works here. Ah, now I see the favoritism. That explains why she was allowed to bring the dog in, but it’s still wrong.

Good customer service. Limited parking. Call in orders/walk-in to place your order. Can had your food delivered by their own delivery or have it delivered to you through a delivery service such as Uber. Delivery services must go inside to pickup. Clean here. Employees appear to work really well together.

I keep having issues with my delivery with them, so I won’t be going back. Because even when you call, the phone is just left off the hook and you get to hear the employees yelling at each other in the background. And then you call back again bc your pizza is still over 30 minutes late, and they just tell me it’s on the way. I call again when I get the delivery notification, but I have NOT received my pizza. I call AGAIN and get a kid who I get to listen try to pawn me off on someone else, more yelling ensues, and then I get put on hold and transfered without being told. This guy tells me she knocked and knocked with no answer… I’m RIGHT by the door. I would’ve heard. So getting lied to is awesome. He tells me they’re otw back. Then I get a call from ANOTHER person with a different story that the delivery drivers phone died and they’re gonna remake my pizza…. so I get my pizza over an hour after I was supposed, and was lied too with horrible customer service…. yeah NEVER again. Get your pizza from somewhere else yall…
