This Store is my “Go-To” location. Once or twice a week after work, I would go here and pick up a pepperoni pizza for the end of a day or a weekend and it was always so good. Great Staff.

Very bad experience with this location. The one in Alpharetta is much much better. They don’t know how to make Pizza at this location.
I never asked for onions they put onions on my pizza, I don’t like onions, glad I ordered via Grubhub and got full refund.
But please look at the pictures and judge yourselves if you should be wasting your money at this location, Marco’s should cancel this location’s franchise deal.

This Marco’s location used to be our go-to place when we wanted to get Pizza on a Friday night. Anymore, the level of service and the quality of the food had declined to the level that we’re going to take our business elsewhere, even if the cost is higher.
What was originally promised as a 5 minute wait after paying turned into a 20+ minute wait after someone carelessly stacking boxes of pizzas dropped a portion of our order on the floor, requiring it to be re-made. This, of course meant the rest of our order sat there getting cold while waiting to fix the mistake.
Finally, whomevers job it is to cut the pizza either needs to be retrained or fired. The last two times we went there, the slices were just like in the picture of the review. Cutting a pizza relatively equal isn’t that hard. Yet this person would be better off just not cutting it at all. Sad to see what used to be such a quality pizza place deteriorate so far.

Marco’s has consistently been one of my favorite pizza chains, from south Florida to Texas to here. This location is fantastic, food is prepared quickly and accurately, friendly staff, and some legendary pizza deals. Love it! Had it for dinner the past few nights. Don’t forget the crust toppers!

Called in and ordered delivery at 10pm. After getting an auto text saying it would be delivered by 11:35. Not willing to wait AND other options available I called back and asked if this was correct because, if so, I will do something different. The guy assured me it was wrong and would be there in max 50 minutes. Well that came and went and then at 11:20 he called and said “hey the driver never picked up your order would you like me to cancel?! I must be in the twilight zone!

Racially charged environment.. Do not order pizza from here.. For extremely basic requests like having pizza boxed in the box designed by kids for box night organized by school, the staff would heavily customize their response based on your race. I would do a negative tip if I can.
