I love it!!! Delicious The location I went to the employees were playing around too much. Not everyone. But enough. Customers don’t want to see that in a place of food being prepared. The pizza was delicious so I will be returning. I hope the environment will be better.

I was ordering a pizza while calling she didn’t know how to spell my adress which has 3 letters in it . Then she sighed multiple times , don’t know why she literally works at a pizza place and then she als hung up on us 2 times and said I’m tired of this and in the end we did not buy pizza from them. This was on Christmas Eve and at 9:30 -9:40. But their pizza is usually good

This place could do better but its being operated by teenagers, yes just a gathering of young people who act like they are at a gathering event. I phoned in my order only to arrive and the price was not correct according to the coupon given over the phone, cashier was polite and said she would speak to manager about a next visit discount however…..the point is this place is starting to look run down lobby is junky and items thrown everywhere and no full grown person insite. I am going to stop hoping that this place would present itself better and move on. I do believe the owners could do better in the community, my cheese bread was not even sliced at all just little things that should not be but this is what you get when management does nor require younger people to raise their standards if they want to continue working this establishment. DO BETTER!

Had to do this be cause Marcos is my go to. Highly disappointed with the order I received today. It was like they just threw the pizza in the box and said delivery it. You can usually tell the care and freshness of the pizza by presentation of the pizza as well as the love but today was a disappointment. Honestly this is my first experience from this go to location. Maybe the preparer is having a bad day in the back. Also when the guy showed up to deliver the pizza, he opened the pizza warmer and 5 flies greeted me along with my tops falling off my items. The driver looked at me like that was normal. I had to say a deep prayer before we consumed this pizza. All in all this was the second time my wife has had a horrible experience after me raving to her about how Marcos is the best pizza spot. Domino’s has been killing it lately with fresh and well presented pizza. That might just be our go to for the near future. Maybe we’ll try again one day. My stars won’t take away from the atmosphere in the building because it’s always great when I pull in nor the service.

I frequent this location because it’s convenient to me and I had never had any issues besides the slight attitude from the young people behind the register. I went in today and placed the order on the receipt. When I get home I open the wings and there are only 10 wings in the box when I paid for 15 wings. I call the restaurant and explained the situation to Kaylin. She said it shouldn’t be an issue that they should be able to remake them for me. I tell her I don’t need the whole order remade, that I would just like the 5 wings that are missing and that I paid for to be made because at this point I’m ready to eat after work. She says ok. I tell her that I will send my husband to pick them up and she said ok. When my husband gets there she told him that she needed the box of wings to confirm that the wings were missing. At no point in the phone conversation that I had with Kaylin did she tell me that I needed to send the box of wings to the restaurant. She gave him a hard time and embarrassed him in front of a restaurant full of people over 5 wings that THEY carelessly forgot to put in my order. I don’t appreciate that.

I ordered a cheese pie and pizza bowl this evening from my local Marcos. I must say, they never have failed me. Today, Javie called and said I’d have to come in to pick up my food instead of having it delivered because they were short a driver. Reluctant and frustrated I picked up my food.
I was met by the manager, Waqas, who was very apologetic and courteous. He offered a beverage for my trouble, and continued to apologize. The food was fresh and the service has always been the best! Thank you for your professionalism, Waqas.

If I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere, I would. I’ve been going to this Marco’s for years, and I never experienced anything as awful as I did tonight. I placed my order online at 6:19p, walked into the lobby 6:40p to pick it up because it was marked “ready” online, but then waited nearly an HOUR before it was actually ready!! I was not the only one…at least 5 or 6 other people had the same experience. There were lots of people working, but it was total chaos. So disorganized. I had to ask several times if they even had my order in the queue. The worst part was that when the manager finally showed up and got things moving in the right direction, he did not offer anybody discounts or free pizzas. Then, when I got home with my 3 pizzas, the special order was wrong, and the bacon pizza tasted stale and disgusting. Inedible. I asked the manager to give us discounts or free pizzas to make us all happier customers, but he did not want to do that. I will NOT be going back again, and I will be calling corporate. Side note: At one point, I had to tell an employee to pick up the chicken wings off the floor so nobody would slip on them. They watched them fall, stepped over them, and kicked them to the side, but didn’t pick them up until I said something. They really need better management and training. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.
