Despite the reviews, I ordered the Ultimate Magnifico and Chicken Fresco pizzas. I also got a 10 piece lemon pepper wings. My pizzas were hot, fresh, and tasted pretty good. I even had some the next day for left over and it was surprisingly still good. The wings weren’t the best and we’re a bit salty for my liking. But they were edible. I will order here again

Absolutely worst service I have ever recieved. We accidentally ordered from the wrong Marcos and they absolutely refused to give a refund. We made a new order at the correct location and came a few hours later to get the pizzas since they refused to refund it. It turns out the pizzas hadn’t even been made, yet the still wouldn’t refund the order. Insisted we wait for them to make them.

The pizza was delivered poorly packaged meaning it was half open and placed on the porch of my home. It was half way out the box and slid out the front of the pizza box onto the ground face down as I lifted it up. There was nothing I could do to save it. I was told it was my fault. We can’t eat a pizza off the ground now. Called corporate and will report to BBB. Very upset by the whole ordeal.
Follow up: I contacted them and was told I’d receive a refund. I never did. They lied to me to get rid of me. Their integrity is trash.
Oh and also, they are copying and pasting the replies to do the feedback form on their website. No one ever follows up with you.

I recently had the worst experience at Marcos pizza in Dacula . I ordered a pizza and when it arrived delivered to my house, it was extremely overcooked – the crust was dark brown and i asked for light crust when ordering . I drove back to the pizza place to request a refund, only to be met with rude and dismissive customer service.
The lady at the counter, who claimed to be the manager, argued with me and refused to give me my money back. She insisted that the pizza was prepared correctly and refused to acknowledge the fact that it was clearly burnt. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I will never be returning to this pizza place again. The manager’s terrible attitude and only option was to make the pizza over again but still refused to offer refund on an untouched uneaten pizza. I am huge on getting great customer service where i spend my money.
I highly recommend avoiding this place and instead, heading to Riverside Pizza across the street where the customer service is exceptional and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by taking your business elsewhere.

I have ordered a pizza here every Friday for at least 3 years but tonight I ordered and waited an hour, I called but they couldn’t find my order. Manager said she wouldn’t send one for free but would take $5 off. Unacceptable! I waited an hour and a half to be told that she would NEVER deliver to me EVER again! ?!?!?! I hope you get fired so I can continue to order and I’ll be on the phone with Corporate Monday morning. I hope Corporate removes you quickly because I tip the drivers well and I’ve been loyal for a long time! What you did tonight was just immature and a very poor business decision.

Attempted to go to the restaurant based on the hours on the website, and when I arrived, the company was cleaning the floors and denied service. I felt bad initially to place an order 30 min before they closed, but they at one of the few restaurants that stay open till 10 pm in Dacula.
I know customers coming in last minute isn’t always convenient, but if you’re closing early, maybe you should change your hours on your site, and turn off the open sign on your store. Then I wouldn’t be writing this.
So if you’re hungry, expect this restaurant to close early. I’m warning you now.
