Yay! I officially know what expired soda tastes like, it’s flat with a hint “what the h-e-double hockey sticks is taste at the end” tasting soda when it’s expired. I ordered a X-large cheese pizza with a 2Liter Dr pepper. Instead i got a large cheese and an EXPIRED 2 liter dr pepper!!!! Do better before you get sue.

On Sunday, February 1st, I visited the Marco’s Pizza location in Conyers to pick up an order, and what I experienced was extremely disappointing and concerning.
There were two young ladies working the front counter. Both were wearing gloves, but instead of handling food with professionalism and care, they were laughing, playing around, and repeatedly checking their phones with the same gloves they were using to prepare and handle customers’ food. That is not only unprofessional — it is unsanitary. Gloves are meant to protect the food from contamination, not to become a tool for spreading it.
What made it worse was that they clearly saw me standing there and continued the behavior as if it was normal practice. It did not appear to be a one-time mistake. It looked routine, which raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety standards at this location.
The following day, I called the store to speak with the General Manager to address the issue properly. The manager who answered the phone had an extremely nasty attitude and hung up on me mid-conversation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
Food service requires accountability, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards. If those expectations cannot be met, customers will understandably lose trust. I hope ownership takes this review seriously and implements better supervision and training before someone gets sick or the business reputation suffers further.

We recently had a large order for a gathering and literally our entire order was messed up. The reason for the 5 star review is because the regional manager “Tay” was so nice and remade the pizzas when we order again at a later date. She handled the situation well, ensuring that we had a great experience this time around. Because of her excellent customer service, we’ll continue ordering from here. Currently 10:05 on Sunday, earlier this week I ordered a pizza online, came about 25 minutes after I ordered and had to wait another 30 for my food. Fine, short staffed I could tell, and I am a manager at a fast food place, so try to be a lot more patient. It was 3 workers that night. Tonight, it has been an hour and 23 minutes in counting since i’ve ordered my food. Again, same lady who was there previously, except by herself this time. I am seeing people consistently walking in as well. I just want to say, shame on management for leaving someone there alone. A manager is supposed to lead the team to success, not let them drown. This is honestly sad and very overwhelming for anyone. Hire more people.

Came in and ordered take-out. The customer service was not great. The employee(didn’t catch their name) did not seem like they wanted to be there, and appeared to have thrown the pizza together without much effort (as pictured). The pizza was completed in the estimated time I was given though, and it tasted good which is what matters. Wasn’t too happy with the service and prep, was happy with the food. 3/5 stars.

No star for the pizza, because I never received it. I dont want to leave a bad review. In my opinion believe this should be a coaching moment with that staff. It was Saturday night and the staff was overwhelmed with orders. After waiting for awhile two ladies came in and got the team together. For me it was to late. I was an hour in. The staff just needed some guidance. But one thing I would say to the staff is…change out your gloves when answering the phone. 4 different employees picked up the phone and went back to making pizzas.
