I ordered a pizza with light cheese and received the exact opposite — a pizza absolutely smothered in cheese, with a disgusting, greasy cheese blob right in the center. It was so heavy and oily that every time we pulled a slice, it dragged half the toppings off with it. It was a mess. On top of that, they included a 2-liter soda that was expired. Seriously? That’s unacceptable. Between the quality of the food and the expired drink, this place clearly doesn’t care about customer experience or basic standards.

Ordered delivery. Just a simple cheese pizza. I got cheese on bread with no sauce with an oversized crust. It was a greasy unedible mess. Never ordering from this location again. I haven’t had an issue with other locations

Purchased a Philly Cheesesteak Bowl and Lemon Pepper Wings. Both were overcooked and the wings had so much lemon peeler salt, I had to rinse them with water. The amount of lemon pepper salt thrown on these wings are ridiculous.

I have been to this Marco’s multiple times, both for delivery and for pick-up, and had a terrible experience every single time. I love Marco’s and this one is truly the worst. The food is often cold, the service is nasty. No one smiles and everyone is extremely cheap and stingy, like for example not even offering red pepper or parmesan packets, and making you feel guilty for asking. They don’t put a lot of toppings, and stand there like they are doing you a favor. The driver who was 45 minutes late was unapologetic, and when you call them they are rude — the list goes on and on. Just avoid this location!

Pay attention to your receipts!! They say you get the 7.99 deal but hike it up to 8.99, then charge sales tax on that 8.99. Which makes it $9.69, see attached receipt!

1st time ordering from this particular Marco’s. I hadn’t ate they’re pizza since South Carolina 2016. I usually eat Your Pie but I was craving Big & greasy. Ordered online. Pizza arrived super fast. However my Door dash driver was a bit slow finding my apt. The pizza was still hot & perfect. Just what I was craving. It even clean me out the very next morning, as if I took a laxative.
