Ordered two large pizza’s one with just extra cheese and mushrooms and one with pepperoni and sausage. Well the extra cheese and mushroom pizza was a very thin no extra cheese I called and told them about it took it back and they said it was fine. But I told them it wasn’t but they wouldn’t correct the problem. We have eaten at this Marco’s one time a week since they opened and never had this problem. This will be my last time there.wow owner response to go to a different web site and when you do takes you back to ordering online!!! Very bad place!!!! Sorry response to a complaint.

Decided to try out this location for our weekly pizza because we had a school fundraiser “coupon”. The (supposed) general manager (Kayla) was very rude and treated my wife like a liar and a criminal for asking to use it. (A total of $2 off) pizza wasn’t bad but the customer service was horrible. Will not be using again.

I’ve given them many chances and every time I have wondered why I gave them my money. The dough on the cheesebread, dry. Ordered double cheese on it, if that was double I’d hate to see half. I requested no sauce on my pie, it had normal sauce. The bread is beyond dry and bland. The pizzoli which usually doesn’t disappoint, it even did. Dry. No seasoning and tastes like they put the old world pep in there and I don’t like those. The bottom was burnt. Sigh. They’re friendly, every time but niceness doesn’t feed me. I spent $23 and am still hungry. I am not the type to call back and complain. I just never go back and I am done with this establishment.

I ordered two pizzas tonight after working a 12 hr shift. I paid 30 something dollars for the pizza and the one pizza I had a custom one and half my toppings I paid for weren’t on it and the crust as you can see in the pic was the majority of the medium pizza. The large pizza I ordered was smaller than it usually would be. It was basically the same size as the medium pizza. I was super disappointed when I got home and discovered what a shab of a meal I had purchased. I called and the manager was super rude and did nothing to keep me as a customer so they have officially lost a customer. I hope your happy MARCOS…you ruined my night.

Your average chain pizza joint. My food was okay. I got a medium pizza and some chicken dippers which were what you might expect. Nothing blew me away.
Their jalapeño ranch is really good though so if you’re looking for sauce with a kick, try it.

Friendly and fast service. I ordered at the counter and didn’t mind waiting but the young man told me 10 minutes and didn’t take a minute longer. The pizza is cooked right and tastes like a Marcos cheese pizza should. I don’t know about some of the other complaints but tonight they were on their game for sure.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location. For years the service and food have been fantastic. But not as of late.
For example, ordered a pizza for delivery tonight about 6:30. I got it about 8:30. I’m pretty sure it was baked about 6:45. Nothing like cold pizza to please guests. Thanks Marcos!!!!

Our order wasn’t delivered until an hour after estimated time. Pizza was cold, not cut and looked like it had been dropped. Called store several times only to be told it should be arriving any minute. Will be going to Papa John’s from now on. Could have drove and picked up pizza 3 times in less time than Marcos, and the pizza would have been 100 times better.

I ordered triple mushrooms on my pizza and for the first time in a long time I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve been going to other chains and I’ve been consistently disappointed. They never give me “extra”anything regardless of me paying for it. I just picked up my pizza and that is the best looking pizza I’ve had in a loooooong time. Thank you. I’m really hype about this, if the store hadn’t had as many customers inside I would’ve ran in and told the person that made this pizza that they deserve a raise.
