Very bad and unprofessional experience. I finished ordering at 4:37 and am just receiving my pizza at 7:02. After waiting 50 minutes I called to check on my order and was told it had been cancelled and never made. They said their was a delivery issue and cancelled it. I mentioned i had 3 emails telling when it had been made and when it went to the oven and when it went out for delivery. They had no explanation as to why. I reordered and was told 35 minutes and it showed up about an hour later. It tasted fine for the price, but maybe we were just starving by then. It seemed like a system and management issue to me. Driver and phone staff were pleasant.

We ordered pizza online to-go and it was ready at the stated time for pick-up. Staff member who we paid and received our order from was friendly. The pizza, wings, and breadsticks we ordered were all delicious. Great deal on 2 topping large pizzas!! The inside of the store was a little cluttered and messy, but it looks like they are doing renovations currently so that is expected. Overall a good experience and we will be returning.

We ordered Marco’s every week and have not had an issue with it until last week. This is the second time we have had issues with it. The pizza is severely under cooked and refuses to stick to itself. Hoping this is fixed or we will have to stop ordering from here.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place is the worst managed restaurant.

I called and ordered a pizza at 3:00pm for 5:30pm delivery. I called at 6:00pm asking for the status. I was told that the driver had just left and on his way. At 6:30 I called back because I hadn’t received it yet (I live 10 minutes away). No one could tell me where my order was. I kept getting misinformation. I finally talked to the manager and she told me it was gone. She had no idea where it was. I told her to cancel after all the run around, and to give me a refund. She refused to give my money back. That is unacceptable. She expects me to pay for an order I never received or she had no clue where it was. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I demanded a refund. I would give a negative 100 stars if I could. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and complain to corporate.

EDIT: I returned a week later and ordered two pizzas again. This time both were topped evenly, and cut well. They were also ready at the quoted time. I’ll also add that the manager emailed me personally to make things right after my initial review. My rating is updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I ordered a large and XL for pickup. It took an extra 20 minutes after the quoted pickup time for the pizza to be ready. The XL featured some of the wildest cuts I’ve seen on a pizza (you can see how uneven everything is in the pic, some pieces an inch wide, others a normal XL width); the topping distribution was also very uneven, with some large portions completely bare. The large was similar, albeit cut normally.

Ate Marcos for the first time today. When I got home with the Pizza I told my wife, “I hope this pizza is good because I want to go back just for their customer service.” Sure enough, our food was great. I had their new pizza bowl and while the large was a little smaller than I expected it was also better than I expected so I’m happy!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza @ 8pm. The dasher delivered my pizza in a completely open box; the front and sides of the box were not tucked in and there was no safety seal. The dasher says that she was told that closing the box would cause sweating and ruin the pizza. This pizza was not secure, therefore not safe for my family to eat. Marcos doesn’t seem to value food safety and quality. Do not order from them using Doordash!
As a former Dasher, I’ve never delivered a pizza if the box wasn’t secured/closed.

We had planned to dine in for the 1st time, and was going to order a 2 liter soda, BUT was told no cups nor ice?????
So now we must wait to get home and serve our drinks with our own cups and own ice. But I have never been disappointed with the taste of the pizza……yummy

I got a pizza bowl. Just a little disappointed of the amount of food that was given. The Marco’s in hendersonville, nc gave way more food in the bowl than this store. Other than that it was good.
