Hey I had an amazing experience at Markus Pizza thanks to one of the employees there. He looked to be around 20–23 years old, and he was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Even though there was a small issue with my order timing at first, he handled the situation perfectly. He went above and beyond to make things right and made sure I left satisfied. That level of customer care really stood out to me.
He clearly takes pride in his job and truly cares about customers. Because of him, my experience at Markus Pizza was a 10/10. This is how customer service should be done. I’ll be coming back

I ordered marcos. Had a whole order online and got kicked off. I called the store and they said they best deals were online. So I ordered again online. I ordered parmesean crust or whatever one because I wanted to try a flavored crust. I don’t think that’s the flavored crust on the pizza? It’s really bready and dry.

My first time there, my son’s recommended. I ordered pizza to-go. It was quick, 15 min. I took a sneak peak before I left and it looked delicious! When I go home I was not disappointed. Yummy, I ordered pepperoni. I will definitely be back

Love of everything pizza. Our first taste of Marco’s was visiting the Garden City location and we were hooked. Now after moving to Conway and much to our happiness a new pickup/delivery location has just opened near Coastal Carolina University on SC-544. In 1978 this pizza chain began making their pies the authentic Italian way with dough made from scratch, fresh in store, a special three cheese blend, and their own special sauce. The All Meat Bowl is everything you want in a pizza without the crust. Pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage and bacon baked with their original sauce and signature three cheeses, topped with romesan seasoning. Cheesybread was their own signature, fresh baked bread strips with their own signature three cheeses and garlic sauce. A light garlic, buttery flavor with a soft, chewy texture. A side of original pizza sauce and ranch dipping sauce comes with it. Pickup was quick and service was friendly. Pizza perfetto.

You can’t go wrong with this pizza place! The food is amazing and homemade! The store is beautiful and very very clean! You can even see the entire kitchen and watch them work. That’s impressive to be that clean with an open kitchen! The employees are wonderful. They’re so nice and polite , even when they’re slammed! Try it, you’ll love it!

I ordered ahead from Marco’s Pizza, but we ran a bit late picking it up due to kids’ games. When we arrived, I saw my order sitting on the rack, but only one employee was working the entire store. She was in the middle of making pizzas and said she’d be “right with me”— “right with you” equated to be in 5 to 10 minutes , which feels like forever when I can see my order barely out of my reach.
The pizza itself was great—Marco’s really hits the spot for good, quality pizza. That said, we won’t be ordering the cheese bread again. We’ve tried it three times, and it’s been a miss every time.
Would order again for the pizza, but they need more help at this location.

The pizza is pretty good. I got a large original crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, feta, and green olives. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I ordered the crust to be garlic buttered and parmesaned. I see Parmesan around the pizza on the cardboard but not on the crust, I don’t see any garlic butter. Now this doesn’t mean that someone didn’t put garlic butter and Parmesan on the crust and maybe it all just fell off but regardless, the crust tastes incredible bland and nothing like garlic, butter, or Parmesan. Other than that everything is amazing and the service was great. Staff is friendly. Will definitely order again but maybe by phone to request extra garlic butter and parm.
P.S. you’d think that is parm on the crust from the photos but tastes more like cornmeal or flour

Marco’s is very convenient on Hwy 544 near our housing development. The servers are polite on the phone & in person ! The pizza is hot when I pick it up & is cooked the exact way as I ordered it ! I feel that the cost is definitely reasonable compared to Pizza
Town which is close by . The only drawback is that the students drive too fast & carelessly through that small parking lot !
