This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from the Marco’s Pizza at 1909 North Highway 17, Mount Pleasant, SC, and the delivery driver left my food on the floor outside my hotel room door. No knock, no call — just left it on the ground like it wasn’t a paid order.
My pizza was cold, and my wings were wrong (I ordered traditional and got boneless).
When I called the store, the manager Sarah was extremely rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic from the moment she picked up the phone. Instead of helping, she talked over me, dismissed everything I said, and even accused me of cursing at her, which was a complete lie. She had an attitude the entire time and clearly didn’t care about fixing anything.
When I told her she was lying on me, she got even ruder and said she was canceling my order and would NOT be sending out a new one, then hung up in my face with zero professionalism.
I highly recommend you avoid this location if she is working.
I spent $36.84, and it was a total waste of money.
This manager has no business dealing with customers, and I hope the owner sees this.

The calzone and pizzoli were really good. Served hot and fresh in about 20 minutes. The dining area is a little small and filled with boxes on one side of the store. Overall a decent experience. Plan on spending $25-$35 for 2 people.

I had a wonderful experience at Marco’s Pizza thanks to Jayden. While picking up a DoorDash order, there was a mix-up where someone else had mistakenly taken the order. Jayden went above and beyond to resolve the situation—he immediately offered assistance, ensured a replacement meal was being made promptly, and checked in on me while I waited. He greeted me warmly, was respectful throughout, and truly made me feel taken care of. Jayden’s professionalism and kindness are a credit to the business, and I sincerely wish him and Marco’s Pizza continued success ❤️

We do Friday pizza night every week and Marco’s is our go to! My wife alternates between the chicken wings and the Greek salad and my boys and I always get pizza, the food is always delicious and fresh. Their delivery times are always really fast and the drivers are super nice!

For a pizza chain this Marcos has some of the best pizza its so good you forget your eating from a pizza chain. The personal at this location were friendly and helped make suggestions in helping us decide what pizzas to choose from. Very tasty Pizza and using the app you can find great deals and savings on their Marcos app. Highly recommend if your looking for good pizza.
