Received wrong pizza twice. 2 separate weeks first time they forgot the hot honey and it was double cut clearly the wrong pizza was boxed okay oversight, gave another chance and again didn’t put hot honey on the pizza. Called 2 days after and apparently that’s an issue because if you don’t call on the day of management won’t fix anything instead end the call. Poor service all around

Marco’s Pizza was okay overall — not bad, but not great either. The ordering process was easy and the staff was friendly enough, which I appreciated. The pizza came out on time and the box was still nice and hot when I picked it up.
The food itself was a mixed experience. The crust had a good texture and the toppings were fresh, but the flavor just didn’t stand out the way I expected. It wasn’t bad, just a little on the bland side. The cheese bread was probably the best part — warm, cheesy, and cooked well — but the pizza could’ve used a bit more seasoning or sauce to really bring it together.
Service was fine, but nothing memorable. Everything got done, but it didn’t feel particularly attentive or enthusiastic.
Overall, Marco’s is decent for a quick, convenient pizza night, but it’s not a place I’d go out of my way for. I’d try it again, but I’m not rushing back.

Love their cheezybread. I use a paper towel to soak up some grease. Garden pizza was ok. I will order something else next time. Liked the bbq pizza, (it wasn’t spicy), cheese and pepperoni pizza, we had at other times. BBQ boneless chicken wings were too spicy.

Tried Marco’s Pizza recently and honestly it was just an okay experience overall. The pizza itself wasn’t terrible, but nothing really stood out. The crust was fine, toppings were decent, and it tasted fresh enough — just didn’t feel like anything I’d go out of my way to get again.
What really brought the experience down was the service. Everything felt really rushed, like they were just trying to get people in and out as fast as possible. I get that places get busy, but it made the whole interaction feel kind of impersonal and a bit stressful.
For the price and what I expected going in, I was hoping for better. Not the worst pizza I’ve had, but definitely not one of the better spots either.

I have not been here in a while so I decided to try it again. When I went to get my pizza, there was a young man, Dylan, who welcomed me into Marco’s. He asked me how my day was and he was very a upbeat person with a great attitude. Something you don’t find very much anymore. My pizza was exactly how I ordered it. I don’t normally wirte reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge Dylan and let him know he made my day with a few kind words. I wish you well with becoming the new manager.

We have picked up pizza from this Marco’s a few times. We are always greeted politely and served quickly. The food is always top notch and has been terrific. The manager has called me ahead of the pickup to inform me of any issues if I order on line. My wife particularity enjoys the old world cup style pepperoni. On the last order we did, I surprised her with a custom made pizza. The lady who took my order was great, the staff took the request seriously and even asked permission to decorate the inside of the box for her. The lady, Lyla?, who took my mid-afternoon order was there later that night and made sure it was taken care of. They went above expectations, and really made it a great surprise for my wife. And this has to be said, this was all done the night before Thanksgiving, which is notoriously one of the absolute busiest nights for pizza places. Thanks Marcos Staff, we will continue to keep faithfully ordering on the regular.

✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Sooooooo good!! We haven’t ordered pizza in forever… and I couldn’t eat this deliciousness fast enough omg!! The crew working tonight 3/11/24 @ 6:45pm (ordered delivery) DID THAT!! Best pizzas ever! And our delivery guy was superrr nice and very fast, literally here in 30 min! Fresh, fast, hot, perfect!! And if you have an online account alot of great coupons, we actually ordered more food than planned because the coupons were a helllll yessss!! Very happy, full, satisfied and just want to eat more, sooo good!! Keep up the good work, yall got a great team here!!!!

I just ordered 2 extra large pizza from
650 College Park Rd, Ladson, SC 29456 and it was a great experience . First time in a long time since the last visited this store and it was not very good the service and food was not the best. I am glad you have got a manager that knows the importance of customer service . I just wanted you to give a shout out to Dillion a person that actually is turning that store around and he knows how to treat his customers .

My son ordered our food. I wanted a steak and cheese sub with mushrooms, and some banana pepper rings.
He had to wait for them to remake my sandwich because I he other one fell on the floor ( I hope they wouldn’t have served that)…
When I opened up my sandwich, to my surprise I got a banana pepper sub with mayo, a little layer of steak and I guess the cheese in there somewhere…??? And not one mushroom. I called and the kid said sorry. I said ok….. Then an awkward pause. With another apology and I’m like ok then. I guess I have to call corporate to get a result?? And he was like ok…
No let us refund you, no let us make it right, no let me get the manager… Just ok…
I always loved Marcos subs but I’m sorry this is not cool. All this tastes like is banana peppers on bread with mayonnaise. The juice has already saturated through the meat and cheese and mayo and it’s literally all you taste in every bite. It’s overbearing and I really do love banana peppers!! It’s one thing to throw a handful of peppers on a sandwich it’s a whole another thing to make almost a whole sandwich out of peppers.

Marco’s Pizza is the place to go when you crave great pizza. I went to the Ladson location, which is the best for the outstanding service. He was welcoming and very knowledgeable in helping me to make the exact choice that I wanted. When the pizza came out, in record time, it was right on the money. Hot and juicy and the smell, so divine.
