I picked up an order today around 5pm. It was a large pizza and a cheesy bread. The pizza was terrible, I couldn’t eat more than a slice. It was crudely slung together, as if a toddler made it. Its like the amount of toppings was a cover up to distract from the quality. Who knew there was such a distinction from the location on Mary Ader Dr. It’s like they’re too different resteraunts. Very disappointed, now I have to find something else to eat.

Placed a scheduled order to deliver to my office for a team meeting. Order was about 20 mins late with no updates under track my order. Called the store at 11:30am and a girl answered saying she had just got there. I asked doesn’t your store open at 11am? She said “yes and our store manager is supposed to be here at 9am but like I said no one is here so you should probably cancel your order”.

Disappointed with my recent experience at Marco’s Pizza. My order wasn’t delivered as expected, and I had to reach out myself just to get my food much later than it should have arrived. The lack of communication and follow through was frustrating, and it’s not the kind of service I expected. I hope they can improve their delivery process so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Disappointment is the key word. I came in on a whim to buy a pizza. Marco’s has a great pizza. I went in, and I was unable to access my app, so I asked if they could check my account or if there were any discounts available. I was told only through the app. Which I know is not true due to experience with other locations. Then I waited for my pizza and wasn’t told it was ready and had to ask for it. Had I not, the employees would not have told me it was ready.

Visited Marco’s yesterday and had the pleasure of being helped by Jaden. He demonstrated patience and kindness in his interactions with my mom and I as we reviewed the menu. His dedication to assist and inform us about the menu while also keeping a positive attitude definitely stood out. Jaden’s will to providing excellent service is evident, and we appreciate his hard work and commitment. Will definitely visit again, give this man a raise!!

I cannot even describe how good my pizza was. It was carryout and was a perfect temp when I got it home to devour it. I am not normally a fan of thicker crusts, but it worked. The combo of the crust, sauce, cheese and all those yummy meats. A perfect blend which has made my stomach very happy. Now it’s nap time.
