I will not be coming back to this location again. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and as I was chewing my pizza I noticed something hard. I spit it out and it was a large piece of melted plastic. It was like it was baked in with the meat and it was under the cheese so I wouldn’t have seen it. I also had to go inside and pick up my pizza because the curbside pick up link never works properly.
This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. One time before I ordered the same pizza with no mushrooms, picked it up and it was loaded with mushrooms. Went back and they made another one, this one had nothing but meat and cheese. I stopped going for a while after that and now this experience will keep me away permanently!!.

I ordered the inferno cheese bread and they literally only put 1 jalapeno on it. I had it delivered cause I wasn’t feeling well and this is what was dropped off and no there is no jalapeños under the cheese cause I checked. Seriously what the heck? Also my wings were soggy and the actual meat on them were brownish. Didn’t look like chicken meat. The pizza was average and the salad I have not tried yet.

If you’re gonna charge me the full price, then use all the toppings I asked for. I got a garden veggie pizza and wanted half pineapple, half green peppers, and the rest of the toppings on the whole pizza. They only put onions on the whole pizza and jalapeños on one side, and that’s it. They need to train their staff better. Plus, they put the wrong sauce container with cheese sticks.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. My total charge was $65 for an extra large and a large build your own. I ordered, I paid the wrong pizza arrived. I called the hardscrabble Road location. Ask for a manager I spoke with Miss Mariah. After hanging up on me twice telling me they were too busy and she could not guarantee when I get my pizza. Mariah is one of the rudest individuals I have encountered in a very long time. If you don’t want the job quit!!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Marcos on Hard Scrabble. On May 9, 2025, at 10:25 PM, I placed a delivery order for a Medium Deluxe pizza with double Italian sausage and pineapple on a thin crust. My order number was 354. To my dismay, when the pizza arrived, it was not what I had ordered.

I quickly called the store and spoke to a man who seemed to take his job very lightly. He was laughing and joking around instead of addressing my issue seriously. I explained that my order was incorrect, but he insisted that he had prepared it himself and claimed it was the right pizza. I expressed my frustration and requested a refund, asking them to pick up the incorrect pizza. He informed me that the delivery driver had already gone home for the night and that I would need to come to the store to return the pizza for a refund.

I complied and brought the pizza back to the store, where I showed the man that it was indeed the wrong order. Instead of acknowledging my concern, he dismissed me and continued to gaslight the situation. I asked once more for my refund, but to no avail. Eventually, he contacted his manager and explained the situation while still insisting there was nothing wrong with the pizza. He mentioned that we needed a refund but didn’t know how to process it.

After a few minutes, the manager said she had canceled the order and that my money should be back on my card within about 36 hours. When I checked my account, there was no pending transaction. I then asked for some form of confirmation, like a receipt, but the manager told her employee that there was nothing she could provide to prove the cancellation.

The employee, who was on a cell phone call with the manager, was asked to request a screenshot of the cancellation, but she refused. I then suggested that he ask her to send an email, which was also denied. Instead, she instructed him to call the police on us. I asked the employee for her name, but he acted as if he couldn’t disclose it. While still on the phone with the manager, he asked for permission to share her name, but she simply hung up.

This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and stressful, and I will not be ordering from this location again due to their unprofessionalism. The manager seemed completely indifferent to the distress of both her employee and the customers. I will be sharing my experience to warn others about this unpleasant situation. It is truly disheartening to have a customer service representative suggest calling the police over a service issue. Eventually, the employee did tell us the manager’s name: Christine.

The wait is terrible. Service is terrible. Even the cashier yells at a child to stop “being a child”. We waited for way to long (hours) to order to just have to cancel our order all because the card reader rebooted and now we are waiting for another hour. Edit: turns out they forgot order and were waiting longer.

I have waited on my pizza almost 3 hours. I’m not understanding the issue with the Hard Scrabble rd location. This is beyond ridiculous!!! I have called twice just for them to tell me my order was out for delivery. If you can’t do better, please close this location.

I took a picture of the condition of my pizza when it was delivered. It had definitely been dumped sideways as all the ingredients had slid to the backside of the box. I thought there would be a way to post the picture. I paid over $30 which included a $5 tip. I’m so disappointed and will not order from Marco’s again.

Whoever made my pizza did an amazing job it was hot and fresh and toppings were the right amount of mushrooms, bacon and beef. I get the same thing normally when I order from this location I will say they have Improved . Order delivery# 112 and order # 196690809
