Literally the worse service ever at any Marcos! They can’t do busy times at all and Michelle is the rudest employee I have ever seen at a Marcos! Definitely will NEVER be coming back to this location. She definitely put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Marcos pizza! If I could give zero stars I definitely would!!!

I went to get my two large pizzas on November 26th Thanksgiving eve. Big mistake. Line out the door. Workers couldn’t handle the workload. Pizzas taking hours to make when told on average 10 to 15 minutes. Lots of frustration with customers. Long story short. After waiting on my pizza for over an hour they finally brought it out.
It wasn’t two pizzas like I ordered on the phone, it was only one. Wrong kind. Not what I ordered. I abruptly told the worker behind the counter it wasn’t right. He then in a very unprofessional and screwed up attitude got defensive with me. I got defensive back and told him where to stick the pizza.
I then left and got food elsewhere. I was furious. This kid was a punk. Very nasty attitude. Before he and I got into it, I noticed he was rude to other customers. I guess this location doesn’t believe in customer service or respect for customers, especially this kid.
I will complain to someone at this location about this employee. I will not let him get away with the disrespectful attitude he copped with me. My mistake was not getting his name . Please avoid this location at the highway 378 location near Publix. If you like dealing with very unprofessional employees with attitudes then this is the place to go. But best advice is to go to another Location.

This used to be our go to pizza place but the last 3-4 times they have dropped the ball repeatedly. We have consistently waited over an hour longer than quoted and still recieved cold stale pizza. They don’t have the integrity to tell you when they are running behind. They will keep lying and say that is almost ready.

Just to update they put me on hold before I could even explain to them, and then hung up after about 5 minutes on hold. If you are seeing this review, save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza. Was told it would be here at a certain time. Called when it was 10 minutes overdue and was told it was on the way. Called again 18 minutes later and told they are waiting on a driver.
Update. Was told it was on the way. Been waiting over thirty minutes since being told it was on the way and it is still not here. Will make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can. Will never order from here again.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Austin, who was on duty when I went to pick up my pizzas tonight. In a world of young people being dismissive of older adults, he went out of his way to make me feel heard and appreciated. I know he has a bright future in whatever comes his way!

Ordered pizza online to be picked up a couple of hours later. The premium cheese pizza was cooked so hard that the cheese was tough. Dry, disgusting! Called the store for 30 minutes over and over because they always answered pleas hold. Held 4 times ad nauseeum. Marcos is now totally off my go to list for life. Gross! Poor customer service worse pizza! Chris your restaurant gets a hard no from me and mine.

Completed the curbside check-in. The staff refused to acknowledge the curbside pickup. Do not offer curbside if you don’t actually provide the service. I chose curbside pickup because I have 3 young children and didn’t want to get them out of the car.
Edit. The guy at the front counter told me that they saw my curbside pickup but they weren’t doing it tonight because they were too busy. Their answer was to let me sit there. This tells me everything I need to know about the staff at this location.

Worst place ever! The last two times we have ordered either online or through the app. Go to pick up the order and no one has a clue what’s going on. Order? What order? Tonight we ordered at 5:15 for a 6:30 pickup. Got there and no order. Waited 30 minutes. Finally just left. Will NEVER order from this location again. Completely inept and clueless employees and don’t seem to give a crap that you are inconvenienced. Avoid them!!!!
