New to this store but have been ordering these pizzas for 3 yrs straight! Great rewards and everything is consistently delicious. Best part about this store is that I had a tiny problem with my pizza and the manager Chance was so amazing on the phone. Offered to remake a new pizza and deliver to me which I didn’t accept bcz it wasn’t necessary but that is without a doubt the sign of a remarkable manager and excellence in company culture! I am now officially a loyal customer of the 200 N Front street location in Statesville- they are always super kind and professional and the location is really nice looking! Def recommend this store and this pizza!! I love the think crust with sprinkle of garlic sauce- the BEST!

Respectfully i think the pizza was a tad chewie and was not cut like barely at all upon opening of the box. Kinda felt like a dominos chain had similar deals. Overall it was decent, just those few things might need improvement and you guys would see more growth. First time having marcos i would have it again.

Pizza was good! The wings have went down hill. Very little sauce on them and not a good portion of meat. The salad was made wrong, but we still ate it. I would suggest cutting up the salami into smaller pieces. They were very big pieces for a salad.

First off my wife call to the store and complained about my wings being wet and guey we both was on speaker phone wen chance decided to hang the phone up on her. Very disrespectful he should not be answering phones. He said that it’s hard to believe that my wings was under cooked n wet n guey!! So I asked for the manager he said he was the manager on duty so I asked for the Gm and he said that he don’t feel comfortable giving me the owner name so I can follow up and hung up the phone. I order from this place often and love eating here untill tonight he could have just told me to come pick up more wings instead of being rude. I will no longer return as long as chance working there hanging up the phone on people. I’m sure the owner do not approve

First time trying Marco’s. Both pizzas ( Pepperoni Magnifico® and The Big Cheese) and they were fresh, hot, and delicious. Lots of toppings and good quality crust. Very affordable too.

We will not order from this location anymore. Our order was dropped off at someone elses house (other customer called us to see if we received his pizza). The other customer then called us back to say the driver picked our pizza back up from their house. Knowing the driver was just going to come drop it in off at our house, we called Marcos wanting our pizza remade. We did not feel comfortable knowing the other customer opened our pizza and may have touched it. Marcos said they would remake it and it would take about 35 minutes. The driver showed back up exactly 15 minutes later with the order. There is no way it was remade. It looks like this pizza was also touched and put back in the box. Ridiculous and disgusting. Also, by the amount of grease you can tell its been sitting in the box awhile. Mistakes happen but I cant believe they thought we wouldn’t tell that our order was not remade.
