My husband and I are regulars here. At least once a week we order from Marco’s. We’ve never had a really bad experience, most of our problems is they forget a sauce which we don’t have an issue with because everyone forgets.

Ordered Subs Italian got one piece of meat and lettuce (pinch) tomatoes, onion and hot banana peppers which made the whole sandwhich. What a total waste of 50.00 the pizza is all dried up like its been sitting for hours and the bread sticks are drenched with garlic butter its leaking thru the bag.

We got a XL Pizza, 2 pizza bowls, and wings. Everything was outstanding! And super fast! Placed the order online in the parking lot and was ready in 10 mins. Brought it right out curb side. As we were leaving my phone rang. It was Marco’s. They had given us a pizza bowl that wasn’t ours, had us come back and gave us the one we ordered. And had us keep the other one as well. Will definitely be back! Thanks for good food and awesome service!

Pizzas were good, but don’t bother paying extra for a Triple Pepperoni Magnifico. There seems to be absolutely no difference other than price than a regular pepperoni pizza. Oh, and you guys need a pizza cutter that actually cuts the pizza instead of leaving cute little indents in the cheese.

Went online to order the marquis special out at the road. Found i needed to download app and create user. Completed thise and placed an order and drove to pick up only to find one person in the store making pies and taking care of pickup. When he finally got a sec to ask if he could help I told my name and that I placed order on app. The app charged my credit card but the order didnt arrive. So I had to wait another 15 min because pie was never made. I asked what to do about my online account, by asking for corporate phone number or someone above store manager that knew about app and basically could not provide any direction. I am SO SICK and tired if these businesses going to this garbage APP download crap and then have zero clue how to rectify a problem except to say “hmm I dont know about the app” and go about the task of trying to keep up with valid orders. These businesses think they are saving labor cost by making 1 person do 3 or sometimes 4 people’s jobs. I doubt I will be back even though the pizza blew away any other chain I have had recently!

I love Marco’s pizza, especially the thin crust and the addition of feta cheese. Flavorful and delicious. My only “beef” with them is that the latest iteration of their website for online ordering doesn’t seem to offer any way to specify “cut triangles”, as it used to allow. The square cutting is annoying, as the pieces are all different sizes and some are rather difficult to pick up, since they have no crust edge. If this can still be specified on the website, I sure couldn’t find it. Every time I order (about once per quarter), it seems like the website has changed. Annoying, but the pizza is great!

We used to frequent Marco’s when w lived in Texas. So, when we learned that Marco’s was coming to Hickory – and less than a mile away – we were ecstatic.
There crust is perfectly buttery and crispy. If you want a dash of garlic or parmesan, add it when you’re building your pizza and you wont be disappointed. All of the ingredients are flavorful and abundant. Simply look at my pictures… they’ll tell you half the story. I LOVE that Marco’s puts huge chunks of sausage and lots of pepperoni (at all layers of the build). It’s not ridiculously greasy but just enough to know you’re eating GOOD pizza. For a chain pizza joint – it’s hard to beat.
Add the fact the staff is awesome, it just keeps the 5 star rating. And, they verify your order…customer service focused.

Been getting pizza here for awhile. Always good… tonight we tried a pepperoni/sausage pizzoli, Italian sub, and chicken bacon calzone. OMG!! The smells in the car on the way home had me droolin’. Damn good Italian sub. Pizzoli I’d get again for sure. The calzone was on point too. The price points are good too. Even better if you use the app, sign up and get deals via email to use. Manager Nick is doing things right here. Recommend for sure.
