I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but my last two orders were a disaster. Last week my pizza was delivered practically raw… so undercooked!! I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for another one. This week my pizza looked like it slid all over someone’s back seat and it didn’t have barely any sauce!! I’ve decided this is the last straw. This has gotten ridiculous!! I’m so disappointed in Marcos it use to be our favorite pizza place.

I had been eating here for years and the food was great. It was my favorite brand of pizza to order. Something has change in the last year and the food is consistently undercooked. The dough is too mushy and needs more time to cook and the pizza needs less sauce in general, even when you request less sauce, it’s still too much. It is disappointing that they haven’t been able to maintain quality and maybe one day this particular Marcos will be good again.

It’s insane that Marcos of Hope Mills, NC would prefer to lose money for an order of 4 people and future business from us because they are too lazy to pick the phone up and let us know they were out of an item ans allow us to pick aomething else. We placed an order tonight after a long day of appointments and just wanted to come home and settle in and have food delivered. After ample time of waiting for our order to be prepared, Marco’s cancelled our entire order. We saw our Grubhub driver arrived as well and felt bad that they loss money over this poor customer service too. We understand running out of things though management should assure proper ordering of supplies should be done, either way it would have been more courteous to give us a call and pick something else if they didnt have a particular ingredient. Marcos, do better.
