This is my review for the Marco’s Pizza location specifically at their South Raeford location in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Great location, staff, and speedy take out! I ate the pizza on Christmas Eve and it wasn’t my first choice while I am at home trying to DeTox with multi vegetable smoothies but I made it work by ordering a green peppers, banana peppers, jalapeños, black olives, green olives, and two meats: sausage and pepperoni! It was great! The only adjustment I would ask for is to figure out the right volume of dough or correct flour to mix to make the pizza edible as “leftovers” after sitting in the fridge. Otherwise, great pizza! It tasted great, I’m sure it does wonders for my green vegetable eating diet, and the pizza wasn’t completely bad to warm up in the microwave with a wet paper towel 🙂

We placed a large order this morning from Marco’s Pizza on Good Middling Road in Fayetteville, NC. Even though the manager had unexpected car trouble and the store opened a bit late, the team quickly turned things around. Within 30 minutes, our full order was ready – hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the manager and staff for your excellent service and positive attitude despite a rough start to the morning. You really came through for us, and we appreciate it!

My Fiancé picked up our pizza and this was her experience/ours
On date of 11/14 at around 7:50. I went to pick up my order. Once entering there I stood there for 30 secs and had to ask if anyone was working. A man on the bench said she is but the worker had on headphones. She than acknowledges me and ask what I need rudely. I say to pick up my order and tell her the name. She plops it down and than stands there for me to take it. I know that I haven’t paid for it and she ask what else I need. I obviously say to pay for it. She say ok and I pay and leave.
I don’t ask for much when coming into a fast food place but as someone who work in it. This was not acceptable. It is not that hard to be polite. You shouldn’t be attentive for customers walking in.
Also as someone else who is servsafe certified. Her nails are now allowed to be that long.

This Marco’s pizza place is very very very poor service. Worker or staff came back from break smelled like marijuana don’t washed their hand n go straight to touch the pizza dough. I ordered online takeout at 8pm they not ready until 8:30pm I have sit there waiting n no worker said anything.i understand people have a job to do when I walk in she was on the phone don’t even ask how can I help you or something I just stand there looking stupid who ever Manager this building need to put your employees in check or make them washed their hand after break make your service better

I ordered two large pizzas, the works (for me) and then just a plain cheese (for my son). I requested no mushrooms on my pizza because I’m severely allergic to them. I sat down to eat and luckily caught a mushroom bit on my first bite. Therefor I was unable to eat my pizza and it was a waste of a large pizza. Luckily I ordered my son a large cheese. His pizza was good. Disappointed as I wasted $26 on a pizza I couldn’t eat.

If you call up here and what the best customer service in Fayetteville, ask for Taylor. I messed up my online order and not only did I get this beautiful, smart and COMPETENT LOCAL EMPLOYEE on the phone but also, Taylor fixed my mistake, got my order squared away and remembered me when I came in.
