Called in put me in hold for less than 1 minute. They were busy due to the snow last night but she came back on phone and asked what I wanted to order. She then told me she would save me a few dollars because that was one of the specials. Told me about 30 minutes. Got there paid and my order was in the oven. Nice and hot and very tasty. Good job Mcpherson location. Like I said they were busy but they were putting those orders out.

I had order 207561862 and I order from them once a week for the kids but lately, the past 3 times, my order hasn’t been correct. They don’t read the order instructions and haven’t seasoned the crust and today I didn’t have any toppings on the pizza. I’m not sure what is going on because Marcos used to be the best but it’s life there is new management or something. I’m afraid I’m going to have to start ordering from somewhere else. I can’t trust them to get the orders correct at this point.

The corporate office sent me 2 free coupons for pizza. I tried to renew one on Monday and they cashier was so rude. She tested me like I made the coupon myself. Like I was lying. They are awful at that store on McPherson. They were NEVER EVER like this before. They don’t say hello, they don’t smile, they act like they are doing me a favor. It’s terrible.

The last couple of orders I have placed with this location has been a horrible experience! Then the representative answering the phone, provides no customer service whatsoever. The deliveries are late and the food quality has been poor. Sorry to say, I’ll be going back to Pizza Hut.

This store uses DoorDash for deliveries which isn’t an issue but my order arrived an hour late. The driver left my food on the ground, there were no food tamper seals or labels on the items and he/she never knocked. There were clear instructions to hand directly to me. Had I not noticed the notification on my phone the order was delivered, it would’ve been sitting there all night. That was very unsanitary to do on behalf of the store for not ensuring the items were sealed for safety and on part of the driver by placing it in the ground with no bag and knowing there were no safety seals on it leaving access for bugs or whatever to get inside. The driver also should’ve followed directions or at least knocked. The food was also super cold and in poor condition. Extremely dissatisfied.

The food itself is okay for pizza in the area. However we have ordered from this specific location at least 5 times in the past year. Every. Single. Time. We have had an issue and it stems back to service.
1. Received the wrong order.
2. Missing items
3. Waited over an hour for a scheduled pick up time past the time it was supposed to be ready.
4. Decided to get take out the next time- food was late, items were cold, items were missing. And items were opened (sauce packages)
5. They charged us for items we had already included in the order. All they had to do was actually read the order. We went in to get our double paid items refunded. Receipt shows they only refunded one of the multiple items. We will wait until the credit hits to see if they did it correctly.

We have given them multiple chances. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Also- lady. The sauces are included within the order. You dont charge extra UNLESS they order extra. (Which we did not).

They forgot to cut one of my pizzas, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care when I called. I requested my $5 tip back when I had to return for them to cut my pizza. The young lady up front tossed my money on the floor dollar by dollar. I picked it up and left, only to realize they cut my other pizza to bite sized squares and gave me sweet chili sauce with my breads sticks instead of marinara when I got back to work. Terrible service.

I am not looking free items nor am I looking for coupons. I just wanted to let someone know that my first experience was not good. In this economy, spending over $70 for a meal much less pizza is a luxury for most families. For that luxury to be tainted by a bad experience and food that is not edible is very disappointing. I do want to say that the one man that was working was extremely nice. He was frustrated with his coworkers but was very pleasant to the customers. I understand that the ticket machine was down and orders were not printing out but properly trained food service workers should be able to think on their feet. Instead of complaining about someone not coming in, write down the orders for that one man to work the orders coming in. When I say that one man was the only one working, I mean he prepped the dough in the back, prepared the food, cooked, cut, and greeted customers at the counter. One person worked on the ticket machine. 3 others wondered around the back as if they didn’t know what to do. Complaining about various things.

A man in a red shirt finally jumped in to expedite food. He asked me 7 times what I ordered. At one point I gave him my phone so he could get my order together. He tried hard to get it all together but he was overwhelmed with a large order. He brought me part of my order. I explained that I was still missing something and the wings had the wrong sauce. I tried to help out by asking to making the other wings with the sauce that was meant for the wings already made. He put my order on the counter, walked off to make the remaining item. Did not put my food under the heat to keep it warm. All in all, I wanted in the store for over 30 minutes for an order that said was ready on tracking before I left my house.
I did receive 2 emails from “managers” wanting to give me coupons for discounts. I emailed both with my story and never heard back from either person. I hadn’t planned on returning to Marcos but the sweetest lady from the Ramsey St store convinced me to try her store. She said they would take care of me and treat me the way I should have been treated from the beginning.

I ordered large deluxe and cheese pizza’s , the deluxe pizza had a good amount of protein and veggies for my taste I would like a little more veggies but the pizza was great and the cheese was not greasy good taste I would order again if you have any requests they are happy to accommodate you

Order was wrong, called spoke with the manager , tried to explain what we ordered and he tells us that’s what we ordered, because that’s what his screen showed, he was very very rude hung the phone up on us and didn’t even try to fix the problem this happen on 9-16- 2025 no.sure who he was but he needs to be fired… you don’t tell a customer what they ordered., we Order the same pizza every time…
