Delivery order never got fulfilled, they stopped answering calls, had to go in person to get my order filled (their system was down?). Got my pizza 3.5 hours late, no refund to delivery fee.

The pizza was soggy, the cheesy bread was undercooked, the cinnamon bread was extremely hard and tasted very old. Quite frankly, it was downright disgusting. I won’t order anything from here again.

After a long day, we needed a fast dinner, so we decided to grab Marcos. We ordered, and while the pizza arrived quickly and the customer service was excellent, the pizza did not live up to our expectations. Although my partner is a true fan of Marco’s pizza, the pizza we had left us feeling very let down. I doubt that my experience was limited to the pizza I chose, but if I go back, I won’t get “The Works.”

Ordered some pizza, a bowl, and some cheesy bread last night. I’ve been a Marcos fan since before they expanded from the Midwest. I haven’t ordered in quite some time though. The pizza was just as good as it always was, though, and it seems like not much has changed in the way of quality. I can’t say the same for other delivery pizza chains which have begun to really skimp on toppings and most of the pizza ends up being crust. Never mind other chains which have begun using subpar ingredients altogether. Marcos has maintained its quality without inflating prices beyond reasonability.
The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was that I ordered an additional cup of sauce and paid for it but it wasn’t in my order. Still no big deal as it was less than a dollar.
Definitely will order again.

We ordered cheesy bread with garlic butter. We got a big hunk of bread with cheese and ranch on the side! Really bummed they got the order wrong and didn’t even cut up the cheesy bread!
