I ordered the cheesesteak pizza with NO mushrooms on one half of the pizza. I get home and I have cheesesteak pizza on half and half mushroom pizza. Unfortunately I left a $5 tip for a $20 pizza that was not cooked properly. Poor service.

The pizza was very good!
The salad was not a good salad for a family considering it was just 95% lettuce… If I wanted a head of lettuce I could have just went up to the store.. There is only just a few pieces of ham, salami, bell peppers, cheese. The salad dressing was supposed to be ranch.
Typically, the salad is good but we wanted to try a different one.
There was an issue with the amount of items you put on a sub the last time we ordered. It was basically bread.
Other people have complained about the same issue.
I don’t know if this is a problem at all locations or just the one in Waxhaw NC.
I will definitely add a note to ensue we’re not just getting lettuce or bread and give it another try in the near future. Thanks

We have always had a great experience, but tonight was different. We ordered well over an hour ago took an hour and a half to get our Pizza it was cold. I realize it is a Friday. But don’t tell someone on your app you are coming if you are not. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back anytime soon. And to top it off the Pizza were all skimpy. Barely any cheese or toppings. Would not recommend!

I checked in, said my name on the order that I placed online. Associate told me one minute before my steak sandwich was ready. I waited 8 minutes while my pizza and steak sandwich sat out while no clerk told me it was done. Cluster to say the least…they need alot more training at this location. Food was less than average and service was terrible!

12/29/25 – Ryan is one of the best employees I have encountered in all my experiences at restaurants in my life. Not only did he help me figure out what to order but he walked me through the sizes and toppings of everything. He really is the sweetest kid and I hope you recognize him for his excellence!!!! A truly hard working kid, which is very rare among restaurant employees nowadays!
