Fix your website. Says y’all are open until 2 AM but your employee refused to open the door and it’s not even 1AM. If you are open, you are there to work, not avoid the customer.

I just had my order delivered! The pizza,cheese bread and brownies were delicious! We normally order from the Marcos on W Garrison but I must say I’m glad I chose to order from the one on Hoffman RD. Everything in my order was way better honestly. The delivery was on time if not earlier than the expected time. I will definitely continue to order from this location instead now!!! 🙂

Worst experience ever the staff are horrible and extremely rude. My family and I ordered last night and we will never be back. The old woman with brown hair was so rude and just kept arguing and clearly getting pissed off with other staff. I witnessed her leaving the bathroom and not washing her hands that is so disgusting. If you are working in the food industry you need proper hygiene. I also just found out she’s a driver.

I order 2 pizzas EVERY Friday. Once the website was changed I’ve had issues ordering. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve had to order from different pizza places because the Marco’s site didnt work at all, and no one would answer the phone to take my order. When I complained to the manager, she dismissed me like I don’t matter.

The customer service is always great and the pizza was delicious. I’m not too thrilled about the wings though, they tend to have an odd taste. Frozen maybe? At any rate, the pizza is good!

As a delivery person you would think the manager and employees of marco’s or any service oriented organization would allow people to use their restrooms. Especially if they are in the process of delivering their product. But I was refused the use of their restroom because I wasn’t actually an employee only contracted through a delivery company to deliver their product pizza to their customer. I’ve probably delivered 40 or 50 pizzas from this store alone. And an organization I am affiliated with just ordered 35 pizzas a week for the past 3 weeks from Marco’s. But they can’t trust me to use their restroom. I think the corporate office should address this.

I had a use the restroom really really bad and they had a chance to use some kind of common human decency and allow me to use their bathroom which is right in the front door and it does say is employees only. But I had to use the bathroom really really bad I have bladder issues. They refuse to let me use it.. what a common display of yes they are correct by the rule but humanity wise and just being nice to someone they failed that test perfectly. They don’t wash their hands they don’t use hair nets. If I was anybody I would avoid this Marco’s Pizza at all costs because not only are they not cleanly with making the pizzas they clearly don’t have good hearts and that’s sad in a world that really needs people to be nice to one of them know I do not recommend this place

My food is always cooked to perfection at this location. They never disappoint. The store is always clean and never messy in the back. From reading the other reviews, I’m glad it’s been nothing but great here for us over the past 3 years. I think the staff could be more friendly, but I get it! There’s normally only 1-2 people working and it gets pretty busy. Overall, Thanks & Keep up the great work!!
