Tried to place an order online, but the online order system was not working. Called the store, had to repeat everything but finally gave my order, gave my card number three times, got put on hold for a few, someone else came on for the card number again because their systems were not working (phone static, website not loading, card reader timing out). Told her not to worry about it, I’d order elsewhere. They need more help and better technology.

Marco’s is the best! The pizza is great, but I am particularly a fan of the pizza bowl. As someone who follows a low carb lifestyle, the pizza bowl is a great way to pick up a quick meal without the bread of a traditional pizza. It is delicious and keto-friendly. You can add all sorts of toppings to make your own or try one of the menu options. Sometimes I splurge and get wings, which are great as well. Marco’s is a regular part of our weekly dining. It never disappoints!

Fast,very friendly, excellent service, pizza was perfect. I got there late (about 10:15pm ) and the cashier taking my order was very nice, helpful,very polite, and fast to take my order with a smile. And as soon as my pizza was done the young man who made and cooked my pizza brought it straight out to me. He even thanked me with a smile for coming in. These 2 kids have the best manners I’ve encountered in years. I’m a store Manager myself and I’d say You better take care of these 2 kids Marco’s and pay them well. Because I know future Managers when I see them. I don’t know there names and I usually don’t talk workers up. But, these 2 kids impressed me. Great job to them and to Marco’s for hiring top notch workers. And PS, the pizza was made perfect. Awesome job guys.. It’s so nice to be able to write such a good review like this for once. It truly makes my day.

I’ve always had good customer service here. Consistently good pizza every time. I order pickup often weekly and it’s usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Grateful for the late closing time.
