We order from this location often and have never been disappointed. The food is always great, salads are fresh and the pizza is always hot and cheesy! We get it delivered most of the time and it always arrives quickly.

The app sucks. I asked for my pizza to be well done. It got to me lukewarm and very far from well done. If you’re gonna send it out. Send it out right. I’d be very fine if you would have kept my pizza in the oven for another three minutes rather than sending your driver out on a triple and giving me my pizza “as soon as possible.” I know this pizza was in the back of her car and it wasn’t even well done. Or cut all the way through for that matter. How about let’s hire me from the indeed app and I can run this store at nights. Let’s say again, I’d rather wait for your driver to have returned to the store and my pizza sit in the hotbox for another 20 minutes and it be well done than get an uncut not well done pizza.

I moved to the West End of Gastonia a little over a year ago, and Marcos is just around the corner from my house.
Somehow, they have our order ready almost every time we come to pick it up — and out of the dozens of times I’ve been there, they’ve never gotten it wrong. On top of that, I’ve never encountered a single rude employee. Every visit, I’m always greeted with a “yes sir” or “no sir,” and we’re always thanked for our business with genuine well wishes as we leave.
I’m not sure how they manage it, but service like this is rare these days. A huge thank you to the business — and especially to the wonderful employees — for not only doing their jobs well, but for setting a great example of how customer service should be!

First time my family and I tried Marco’s and it was a complete disappointment. Pizza was terrible crust burnt we also got cheese sticks but no mar. Sauce then to top it off cinnamon sticks were the worst. In a bowl soaked in 2 inches of oil. We were not even able to eat them. Will never go back!!

Picked up my order in store. It was busy as they had a large order they were filling in front of me which made my order a couple minutes late but the staff was friendly and explained why they were behind. I completely understood when she told me someone ordered 16 pizzas and another order of 9 pizzas were placed in front of mine. I felt lucky it only delayed my order by about three minutes. This just proves good communication and a friendly staff can make up for a delay.
