I placed an order and it was cancelled immediately by the restaurant. The only reason I even knew it was cancelled is I went back to check my emails. No notifications or apologies.
I’ve been going here since they opened, and it’s always 50/50 whether or not the food is correct. The last order, missing sauce and peppers on the side, 2 before that I was handed they entirely wrong pizza. It’s a coin flip if you’ll get proper care by the employees or not.
The pictures are just 2 examples of their work. They do not care.

I ordered from Marcos last night (2/12/2026) and what I got was atrocious!! We ordered two meatball subs and a regular Greek salad. The salad looked ‘good’…the tomatoes seem to have not been the freshest, and the lettuce was brown (pink) in some areas, but nonetheless, an ok looking salad. Not my complaint. What I am complaining about is the ‘meatball’ subs. The sandwiches lacked meat; there was one and a half meatballs on each 6 inch sandwich. How and why would you cut in half meatballs for a sub?!?! Bizarre! Also, when ordering, I selected marinara/tomato sauce for both sandwiches, but neither had sauce on them which made them look extremely dry. Couple that with the overly toasted, dry, crusty, crumbly, hard to tear bread and it made for a horribly looking, inedible sandwich. Now, here’s the most bizarre thing…I placed my order via the Marcos app. Upon tracking the order, I was given an estimated delivery time of 10:24 pm. Once that time came, tracking was no longer available and the app was showing, ‘delivery completed’. So, I assumed the order was left at the door, but when I went outside to look, it was not there. What I did see, was a white car slowly driving away from my house and what I heard was a bunch of yelling and screaming. I just assumed that was someone driving by so, I paid it no attention. I called the store and informed them that the tracking feature was no longer working and my order showed delivered. The lady I spoke with informed me that the order hadn’t been picked up yet (weird) and it should be picked up and delivered soon. Zero enthusiasm nor extra assistance from her, but whatever. So, I tell her thanks and I will be on the lookout. Suspiciously, while on the phone with the Marcos employee, I received a link via text that showed a different delivery time and that my order would be picked up shortly. I feel like she pushed a notification through somehow to appease me…About 15 minutes later, my order is delivered and guess what car the delivery driver was in…The same white car I saw earlier. Coincidence? I think not. I don’t know what was going on with that situation, but the entire thing made me highly apprehensive. You see all of these videos on social media of delivery drivers tampering with food so I didn’t feel safe eating the food so, we threw it all away. Salad and all. I didn’t bother to call the store back because she didn’t seem too invested in my experience initially AND I was pissed and didn’t want to have a screaming fest with her over the phone. I felt it best to cool down and wait until I was no longer upset to make my complaint known and to a higher person than a mere Marcos employee.
I hope this triggers someone to do a bit more training with those at this particular store. Please reiterate how important it is to READ customers’ orders and get them ACCURATE. Also, to train them to be problem solvers when customers call and not make them feel like a burden when they make an inquiry about their order. I look forward to hearing back from someone (either via email or phone) regarding this experience and would welcome some sort of compensation for the wasted money due to your store’s incompetence.
I didn’t even mention the weird ‘tamper proof’ sticker that placed on the bag NOWHERE near the opening of the bag, but on the side…Such a joke!!

This has been a horrible week for my family; my Dad died. Our family decided to order pizza because I just don’t have the capacity to cook right now, and Marco’s is extremely close to our house. So close that we usually just go pick it up; we can literally walk there. But again, terrible week and I thought it would be a quick and easy cash tip for the driver since it’s comically close.
I ordered at 6:47pm and received an email at 6:58pm that it was on the way. Amazing! I sent my daughter outside in the cold and rain with $20 cash in hand so she could meet the driver at their car and make someone’s day better than ours is going. At 7 on the dot I receive another email that says our pizza was delivered. Except it wasn’t. We waited an additional 15 minutes and no one arrived. I called the store at 7:15pm. They told me that my pizza was in fact still there and I could come pick it up. I’m sorry… what? I just paid a $5 delivery fee and was standing outside in the rain for 15 minutes to gift a driver $20 (after paying a $5 forced “delivery fee”) for driving .6 miles. That’s right. It’s less than one mile from my door to theirs.
I left my grieving family and picked up my *delivery* pizza myself. Get home with them only to discover that two of the four pizzas were made incorrectly and not what we ordered. The crashout was real. It was just too much in an already horrible week.
We choose Marco’s not only for the incredible convenience, but because we genuinely love the food. This was an extremely disappointing experience. You’re feeding people, and it’s not always for fun reasons like birthdays and parties. Sometimes it’s on the worst day of their lives. Please, do better. This made a bad time worse and I have no idea why everything happened this way. The shift leader had nothing to say to me when I arrived to pick up my own pizza that I paid to have delivered. I wanted to know why this happened and she had no explanation. This makes me really hesitant to keep spending my money with a company that I used to choose above the rest.

Quality of service at this location gradually declined from the day they opened until now. Not accepting bills over $20 is silly. Like.. are your employees safer because they have 10 $20’s instead of 2 $100’s? Don’t tell me to walk across the parking lot to ask for change at the gas station while my pizzas get cold. There is a Little Caesars and a Domino’s in this plaza and a Pizza Hut a mile away. Treat your customers well or they’ll be someone else’s customers.

I paid extra for extra cheese and received Cheezy Bread with barely any cheese. That is already unacceptable, but the way this store handled it was worse.
I called and asked for a manager. The person who answered claimed she was the manager and refused to give her name when asked. After multiple attempts, she finally said her name was Liz.
Instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, she was rude, confrontational, dismissive, and disrespectful. She repeatedly said she was the only person working, as if that excuses making orders incorrectly and speaking to customers however she wants. When asked who she reports to, she said no one, falsely stated that Marco’s Pizza does not have a corporate office, and then said she reports to Travis Cole, followed by telling me “good luck trying to contact him.”
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone claiming to be a manager. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking.
Marco’s corporate leadership needs to see this. This store is being run without oversight, and customers are being treated with complete disrespect.

This Marcos is so garbage. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from here. Spent 40 dollars on a pizza and buffalo wings and received DRY wings with no sauce at all. Just plain fried wings. I called the place and the girl Shawday, was extremely rude to me, told me that it’s impossible and that I’m lying. She said they can’t give me my money back so I can either go out (into the snow) and pickup another one or I could just eat what they gave me. I wasn’t even rude to her and as soon as she answered the phone she was rude to me. Never going back, this place needs to be closed down.

I ordered for the first time, and let me tell you that the pizza was delicious, cooked to a perfect point, but for my children who love Chicken wings, ok. The wings were not black inside, they were cooked well, they tasted very good, and the sauce on the wings, that is a Bomb of flavor, very delicious.. now we have a favorite place Marco’s pizza.

Accidentally ordered a spicy pizza on the web. Upon arrival to pick up I noticed that it was the spicy pepperoni rather than the regular pepperoni. I explained that there is a two year old in the house and the kind manager (Z) and jakiara was able to recook another less spicy pepperoni pizza for us to take home.

Tonight, I was on hold for 20 minutes and 49 seconds. I walked into the establishment, still on hold. I asked if they were extremely busy. The front attendant says, “Not really.” I proceeded to show her my phone and told her that I was still waiting for someone to pick up. She stated, “Oh yes I’m working on that now, and the card reader.” Then proceeded to ask me if she can take my order. No apology, no “I apologize for the inconvenience.” I waited for 20 minutes and Marco’s expected another 20 minutes wait, without even acknowledging the error. I’ve tried several times to patron this location, but after this experience, I’ll pass.
Marco’s, please train your team members on empathy and being apologetic when an error has occurred.
