Very poor customer service! Do not order from here. Website would not take orders so called into store location. Store would not give discount from their own website even though the website was down. Looks like Chic-fil-A is getting my business tonight. This was going to be my first time trying Marco’s Pizza. Wasn’t my first…will be my last.

this was the best pizza experience i’ve ever had, i wish i had asked for the gentleman’s name that served us because they were amazing!! came with a friend and tried a bbq pizza for the first time, and i can say that ill never be the same. i will be coming back here whenever i am in greensboro. there was only seating outside but it genuinely wasn’t a problem at all!!

Last night, I placed an order with Marco’s Pizza that was never delivered. According to the delivery driver, the address could not be located—an explanation I found unusual given that I’ve received deliveries to this location without issue.
I contacted the store and spoke with the manager to resolve the matter. Rather than working collaboratively toward a solution, he immediately informed me of what he intended to do, which was to issue store credit. I respectfully explained that I preferred a refund, as I do not plan to order from this location again and therefore would not benefit from a credit.
Throughout the conversation, I remained calm and offered to reconnect on Monday to allow time for a more thoughtful resolution. However, the manager declined that option and insisted that credit was the only recourse. I made it clear that his proposed solution was not acceptable and that I would not be pressured into accepting terms that did not align with my needs as a customer.
Unfortunately, the manager ended the call abruptly after I mirrored the tone he had used with me. It’s disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and customer care.

1706 Stanley Road Greensboro Nc 27407! I went to this location around 9:15 today and purchase an order of wings. The wings tasted undercooked and was rubbery when I got them home. I went back to the location and was told it was nothing that they could do! Once I asked for the corporate number they advised me that they were calling the general manager of the location, which after speaking with him/her they advised I could receive a store credit which was unacceptable. I wanted my money back due to the lack of professionalism and how each worker sat back as if it was an isssue that I wanted a refund. The one guy who claimed he was a manager had an attitude and kept rolling his eyes at me as I waited in the rain for assistance. It was a 10 piece order and she told me that the GM advised they could only give me some of the money back because I ate one of the wings. How would I have knew what they tasted like I didn’t eat one. The quality the sauce etc was disgusting. When asked for their names to make the complaint they advised they couldn’t give out that information. I will be calling corporate on this location. I haven’t been in a while because every time I come their different workers there and it’s getting more and more unprofessional every single time. If you don’t like your job or working in fast food find another profession. Due to lack of professional from GM I can see why the employers have a LACK of professionalism! PSA if the wings are jumbo you may need to cook them a little more.

They use doordaah when i never asked for it. Its so slow and they dont give change back. My loyalty coupon expired so fast in like 2 months im done with this place. They have no loyalty for customers.

Great pizza (Pepperoni Magnifico) from first bite my son loves pepperoni and crispy tasting crust it good. Will definitely order again this time extra sauce. And extra cheese let’s gooo.

We ordered delivery from Marco’s through DoorDash for dinner tonight. It was my families first time ever eating here and we decided to give it a try. We ordered a medium veggie pizza with thin crust. It was still hot when it was delivered, and it was very impressive! I love that feta cheese came on it, it was SO tasty! I loved it, my son loved it and so did my mother. 5 stars all the way!
