I like it. It’s lunch time and the place is certainly busy, but they are attentive and fast. My food was hot and fresh. There was no line when I ordered, but there is a steady flow of people in and out. I didn’t dine in, but the customer service was nice. Definitely will come again!

I’m literally standing here wating on my refund! Whoever this manager is has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service! I waiting 15 minutes to be to be told they had no salads. It seemed to be an issue when I asked for a refund for my salad. The “manager” then said she can go see if they had ingredients in the back . I told her I would wait 5 minutes. She then began to start talking junk while I’m standing here. I then just asked for all my money back! I’m still standing here waiting. I’ve never had any issues with Marco’s pizza until today. I will never come back here and I will be contacting the owner and corporate!

I live an hour away but having 3 kids I come to the dentist next door often and been wondering about the food at Marcos for some months ,decided to give it a try while kids were getting dental work and if it were any good I would get them something to-go so I didn’t have to stop otw home since they have to wait 30 minutes to eat. The vibe was terrible the first couple minutes I was in. The older guy w glasses was clearly aggravated the way he was handling food and utensils like slamming things down and huffing . He finally acknowledges the first person in line with an attitude and tosses her food on the counter then get the guy in front of me who asked if the employee had change for a larger bill to which the response she was “my manager is at the bank I can give you ones” with an attitude also. So the customer tries to add to his order( I’m assuming to help keep from getting so much change back in 1s) and the employee rolls his eyes , sighs and walks over to a register near the racks takes a paper clip off some money and throws it behind the register. When I got to the counter he never greeted me I said my order number and name and asked if I help myself to the two mtn dews in my order he said yes and turns around tosses my sub on the counter and never says another word. Never greeted me never said have a nice day just extremely terrible customer service. I hope he’s just having a bad day but I still believe the guy HATES this job. Drinks were cold and crisp chicken sub tasted like a microwave dinner.

I was driving by the restaurant and decided to stop and order online before going in. The website stated it would be about 10 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and walked in. There was no greeting and I had to say something to the employee before she even looked up from her phone. Then she stated she didn’t see my order because her computer didn’t make a sound to alert her. Unacceptable. I feel like this is a waste of time but it she was so nonchalant about the situation I couldn’t let it go. I love Marcos but I will not be coming back. Get better management because she was the only one Herr so I assume she wasn’t just a regular employee.

Eric with the red beanie had the best customer service we have ever received at Marcos despite being flooded with orders and having no delivery drivers for the night. He gave us options through door dash for delivery, but ultimately we went to pick up the pizza instead. Upon arrival at the store he was so kind and accommodating we hardly cared about the minor inconvenience. The food was hot and absolutely delicious!!

I kind of had to wait on my pizza order being a very busy truck driver. Man these people by far deserve your business. I was blown away by there appology and professionalism.

We may have idols like super stars that have done nothing for us or our families. But these are the true heros of this little town.

When this this country was locked down only a handful of small businesses stepped up to the plate to thank us for the long nights, no showers, no restrooms, basically living like dogs on the road.

Who do you admire? You will know them by there actions, words can be empty.

After an email was received by someone “up the chain”, this issue appears to be being addressed. I’m grateful the company does indeed want to address issues (once the right person is involved}

This is been updated regarding a recent order now over a year since the order below review. This is in relation to an order that was over an hour late, and when I call about it at the 40 minute late.

I am lied to and told that the driver got into an accident and they had to remake my food and I would have fresh food sent by another driver.

This was indeed a lie, upon receiving my order Not only was it cold but my pizza was in a pile on one side of the box!! (that image will be linked here as well) .

When I addressed it with the store they did not care when I followed up with the store and talk to a black lady who said she was the manager when I told her it was not my concern whether a driver got into an accident it was my concern that their job is to provide me with a hot and fresh pizza that I pay for which they did not do.

When I told her that she said that she would do nothing more for me. And suggested that I can continue taking this up the chain which I will do!

Atrocious business practices, atrocious customer service, and little to no accountability. That’s what this establishment has I can give them credit though, they are consistent… consistently bad as my prior review will reflect

Disclosure: and I’m writing this before receiving my food.

My first time ordering from this brand, and my order is currently 28min late and when contacting the store I was told that I can either wait or come pick up my order. (FYI… delivery orders are intended to be delivered)
The staff was rude, and I can all but guarantee my food won’t be fresh based on the time past the time quoted
By the way, it’s currently been almost 2hr since order time.
Doubtful I will give this location a second chance to take my money.

Update : I have reached out to this brand with a survey conveying the same information.

My food was indeed cold. This brand will have its work cut out for it to earn a second chance with me.

I went there and two people was in the store a young black female and a young white male. I watched the male grab the trash cash pushed it to the back and began making a pizza without changing his gloves. After I mentioned it to the female I over heard the male say that he was ready to go home: and didn’t care.
