My personal experience, literally within the last hour i was just absolutely mind blowing. So I have ordered from this place numerous times not that I wanted to, but online it automatically sends me there rather than Barboursville due to my location. With that being said, I’ve never had a problem with the deliveries however they called us and said they needed to transfer us to Route 60. At that point we ended up just picking it up. Except we didn’t just pick it up. We came back to our order canceled yet still made… And then, obviously since the Wait time the food is now cold. I am appalled by these actions and I’m hesitant to order again.

We order pizza here weekly. I called to order lunch and someone kept picking up phone and putting me on hold, then the phone finally started ringing and employee picked up and said hold please without giving me a chance to speak. After 17 minutes I gave up. Terrible but hey you’re not the only pizza company in town. Later ♂️

Good pizza. They partner with Meadows Elementary once a year in November. Kids draw their pictures on plain, white pizza boxes. Parents order their pizza and get to see what their child drew. They also do a canned food drive. Drop off any type of 12 canned food items and get a free pizza this year (2025)!

Stopped in because we had a coupon & hadn’t tried it yet. SO GLAD WE DID! We got the garden pizza because it looked somewhat healthy .Amazing! The blend of feta, black Olives ect gave it such a nice taste. And in the post covid world of bad customer service the staff here makes me want to hug them!! So nice. Super glad we stopped and will for sure be back.

We are from out of town visiting family and we ordered pizza to be picked up. The guy that checked us out was very nice. I got home and realized they forgot the salad. I called up there and asked if we’d have to come pick it back up. He said yes. Meanwhile not being very nice at all. I asked if they had delivery drivers and he said yes if you want to pay for it. So I had to drive back up there again and when I went in I was asked if I had a carry out. I started that I came to get the salad that was left off my order and a guy came from around the corner, grabbed the salad, flopped it down on the counter and walked away. I have to say I was very disappointed bc I love Marcos but the customer service at this location was horrible. No apology or anything. Sad to see that good customer service barely exists anymore. Food was great though!

I made a delivery order I was waiting outside for them to get here bc where I live you have to be buzzed in my husband was upstairs with the kids and they called my phone and said they were here I didn’t see anybody so they left and cancelled my order when I called a girl in the back was cussing at me saying if I would have answered my damn phone I would have got my food when I said that was unprofessional they hung up on me very disappointed

Placed an order online for carryout (2 topping med pizza). Arrived at store in about 20 mins, walked in and only 2 employees working with what looked to be making about 10 pizzas. After a couple minutes one of the employees finally noticed I was there. I gave him my name and I got the “deer in the head lights look”. He then proceeded to pull my ticket order that printed out that they didnt realize was there. He apologized and said they had beem slammed. I understand, I paid and told him I would come back in a little while. 10 mins later I got notification the pizza was ready. I knew then what I was going to get, a rushed slapped together pizza quickly made which is in fact what I got. I am not sure if Marcos management realizes but they are only one of two pizza restaurants open after 10 pm on Saturday and with only 2 employees working they are set up to fail! Surely you can do better! The only thing I have to complain about the employees is why rush and make a quick pizza that will obviously not turn out as normal. Too many restaurants are like this one, understaffed, underpaid and only worried about profits. Idk what else to say!

Never had Marco’s before, butts in the apartment I just rented out there was a special offer so I thought I would try it. Really glad I did, awesome Pizza. I got a Caesar salad too but I haven’t torn into it yet. Looks really good though.
