Don’t waste your time with this location.
Orders are usually wrong and if you get delivery, you better hope the store isn’t busy, as they will ignore people in line to make sure food gets made, but not out the door.
The last delivery I ordered had 3 different doordashers drop the order because the store couldn’t get it together enough to get food to the door dashers.
I ended up having to go in to the store, wait another 20 minutes with the other 15-20 people in the small lobby area to get a refund on food that had been sitting for at least an hour.
Don’t waste your time and go two stoplights up Iron Bridge to Dante’s if you want good pizza, or two stoplights the other way to Wawa for a sub.

My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza order #198699386 at 7:44 pm. We didn’t get any kind of notification from the store until I started calling them about 45 minutes later. Our delivery didn’t even come until 9:25pm. Once we received the pizza, we quickly noticed that it was cold and half of the toppings weren’t present along with the “cheese bread” lacking cheese altogether. We also didn’t receive any of the sauces that were ordered, but that’s the least of the problems compared to what I mentioned above.
If you really expect any kind of hot food from a delivery, think of getting it from somewhere else.

I was delivered the incorrect pizza. Called the store and was hung up on. Spoke with the manager and was told a new pizza would be made and delivered. It took almost an hour and a half to get. Don’t think I’ll order from this particular restaurant again

Horrible experience. I called to try and get clarification on why my order was so delayed. The employee that picks up the phone can’t figure anything out puts me on hold again for 20 minutes. I had to call from another phone just so someone could pickup which show they are monitoring phones that have been on hold and when I go to complain they respond with do you want to cancel your order. No I’m sorry, we messed up, let me see how I can take care of you. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This is the “general manager “ Rachel that denied me credit after showing proof of the trash food that was provide to me . She has no knowledge of how Marcos website works after telling me you cant make but one option of “well done” wings on the site which is completely wrong after I showed her proof that it provides options of lightly double or triple she then denied she couldn’t find my order next, One of her co workers pulled me up in the system less than 2 seconds with the order number provided to me in my email she still refuse to make things right because of the embarrassment of her being wrong she is completely rude and unprofessional. Will be waiting on a call from her boss mark this was completely unacceptable for someone who holds the position as a “general manager”

Pizza is always good as well as the cheese bread. But my biggest complaint is that you can never, ever get the sauce cups right. I always put all garlic but nope, ALWAYS get ranch and pizza sauce.

Just got a scrambled pizza via home delivery. Opened the box and the pizza was everywhere, just not together as you would expect. Not sure what happened but I’ve never had that happen before. Maybe it fell out of the car, who knows. Additionally, it was cold and resembled soft cardboard. Guess that does it for me and Marcos.

Being a regular of Marcos in Colonial Heights, we decided to get dinner from this Chester location the other night. It was by far the best I have ever gotten from any pizzeria! Whoever was working on the night if 4/9 did a wonderful job. The gentleman at the front was very welcoming and on top of helping us even with ordering at the last minute and picking up right at closing time. The pizza was cooked perfectly and not overdone, with soft crust and light sauce as requested. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
