Being from NY, I was alittle apprehensive ordering from here. But let me tell you – it’s absolutely delicious. Not disappointed one bit.
I’ve picked up as well as had my orders delivered and have not had a single problem – other than I ordered the wrong size pizza & when I call to place another order, they gave me it for free (and this was MY fault, not theirs).

If you wanna try something different from the traditional red pizza sauce, try the White Cheezy! Marco’s White Sauce (garlic sauce with Parmesan) is so overlooked-it’s great with most toppings. Also highly recommend the free garlic sauce and romasean crust toppers you can add to any pizza.

I wish I had gotten the female workers name, she assisted me with my order, even gave my dogs a treat. I live almost right next to the one on virginia beach Blvd. but decided I’d had enough of hair in my pizza and rude service from their workers, decided to try this location and I was SO IMPRESSED…it’s a 10-15 minute drive but I’ll make the trip….this lady even brought my pizza to my car…

My order was delivered on a Friday night, about 6:30. I had decided to switch from the large chain restaurant, as it had become inferior.
Well….first, your website needs to be clarified. I’ve never seen the phrase “Base Cheese”, so I ignored it. So, my pizza came with no cheese. Blech. And it was a bit cold, so I had to reheat it.
Again, blech. The sauce? Like tomato paste. I’m originally from New York State, but even the
large chain product
is better than this.
With GrubHub and an additional tip,
I threw $30. down the drain on a small
pizza. Never again.

The Pizza bowl was a joke!! Looked like part was missing or someone had taken a bite??
No it did not fall or get shifted. (In our hands) Before we got it???
It sat on my husbands lap with everything else for the ride home..
We live 20 min away & I was not going to drive another 40min round trip back to the original location, so I tried to reach out to the company privately, but they never responded.

I recently placed an order at Marco’s Pizza and went in to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed that the staff making the pizza were handling it with their bare hands, no gloves, and one of them was even using a cell phone and then touching the pizza without washing their hands. As someone who’s aware that phones carry more germs than a toilet seat, this was extremely concerning. I’m sharing this not to be rude but because food safety and cleanliness are important. I hope this is addressed and prevented in the future. Thank you.

I was charged 1$ for sauce not even halfway filled. Not only is that price steep but cutting corners- making your own sauce cups AND filling them halfway is extremely ridiculous. Unfair price to your customers. Both of the ones I purchased and the one that came inside the box were filled the same. The man working was very nice and apologetic. Give him a raise, fill the sauce cups and lower your price for this to be a reasonable expense. Pure greed and I will not return here anymore just due to this.

The fact that a pizza is almost 20 dollars and they wanna skimp on the pepperoni should be a crime against humanity. The company probably pays .3 cents per pepperoni for gods sake there is enough pepperoni to go around do better thnx
