This is the second issue we’ve had with Marcos. The first time we ordered delivery and they said someone stole our pizza and they could remake it if we wanted to pick it up. We picked it up and they never refunded us the delivery fees and tip after saying they would. This time we ordered half and half pizza and as you can see two pieces do not have the toppings that we requested. Will not be giving them a third chance as even when you complain they don’t resolve the issue they just tell you what you want to hear then do nothing.

Overall my Pizza was fresh and hot, my only complaint was the lack of sauce. Compared to other Pizza places i felt this Pizza was a little dry.
The guys working in the restaurant had everything ready upon my arrival and exceeded my expectations as far as good customer service. This is my first time having Marco’s I’m open to purchasing another Pizza to see if the lack of sauce was just a bad day.

Order a pizza today and the driver claims he delivered the pizza. Called and found out the driver didn’t even have my pizza. Pizza was still at there place. Called and only got im sorry. No discount or anything. I still have to wait for the delivery driver to get back and bring me my pizza. Want be using this Marcos anymore. Very poor customer service

Delivery driver has stolen the food we ordered here twice now. Shame on me for trying again I guess. At least I was smart enough to use a credit card this time so I can do a chargeback.
Edit: since I can’t reply to Marco’s response, I’ll just post it here. I’d love to fill out a customer feedback form, but the website is garbage and that page won’t even load. There’s literally no way to contact customer service for this company.

When I ordered, I was given 35 minutes as a delivery time. Its been over an hour and its still not here. When I called, someone picked up the phone and just yelled “HOLD!” and then hung up. I think we will find a new pizza place.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru while lady cashier served 8 people inside without acknowledging Me or drivers behind. Had to come in store with infant to pickup a pizza I ordered online only to see the pizza box was halfway open! Pizza cold as ice! Cashier had attitude as well so I will go to forest hill store from now on. If that’s bad I will not buy Marcos pizza again

Two times ordering in store on Midlothian and each time charged more than the advertisement on TV. They get confertstional when asked about price saying you need a coupon. Both times pizza substandard. Will not be spending any more money with any of the Marcos. Just FYI for all to see.

I have seen a lot of Marco Pizza spots in the Richmond area, but never felt tempted to try it. But recently I had seen it advertised a large 1 topping pizza for $8.9)9. That’s an amazing deal so I wanted to try it out. When I drove to the store and spoke to an employee inside, I discovered that deal was only for online purchases. I have had my debit/credit information stolen several times in the past and didn’t want to do my order online. A customer willing to drive to the location and order the pizza inside the shop should receive the same deals as someone ordering online. Everything at this location (other than my online order compliant) was amazing. But I will not go back to Marcos until they offer the same deals to on site customers as they do to online one’s. Domino’s will honor online deals to walk in customers. Just saying……
