This is an observation of the dismissive nature of the business when contacted about a delivery driver speeding through Roundtrey. This is literally HALLOWEEN NIGHT with hundreds of kids about. When we called in to voice a concern, the female answering the phone refused to look into it as “We are busy”. Sadly, I enjoy Marco’s Pizza and this is highly disappointing. DO BETTER MARCO’S.

Delicious pizza primo!! My favorites are the Meats and the Deluxe, both are really loaded of good quality toppings and cooked to perfection. CHEEZYBREAD is amazing too So far the best pizza at Midlothian.

I’ve never had bad Marco’s pizzas from any of the locations and the cheesesteak pizza is one of a kind. The service is always friendly and quick and the pizza is always perfect.

Went to Marcos for the first time. Went inside to order. People were making pizza with their bare hands, touching other things and then going back to making the pizza. The kitchen wasn’t clean at all. Everyone in the kitchen were doing multiple things other then touching the pizza never once washing their hands. Just cross contamination everywhere. Holding these long drawn out conversations the entire time while making the pizza. Just watching the entire thing was disgusting. Sanitary is not key here. I will stick to places that take care of hygiene and contamination by working less talking, not doing multiple things with their hands and then fixing pizza and wearing gloves.

Im a Native NYer and its so hard for me to enjoy Franchise Pizza. However, Marcos on Midlothian hits the spot for me. Was serviced today by their Store a manager Lee Dunn. He provided excellent service all around. He was Friendly, professional & very efficient. My order was hot in ready under the prescribed 15 minutes too!!!
My favorite Pizza is the Chicken Florentine. Now I do not like Feta Cheese. I forgot to take it off and I believe it took the flavor to a whole nother level! Also enjoyed their Garlic Parmesan Wings. Nice and saucy! Yum yum.
My Pizzas are always Hot & fresh. They aim to please and are quick to fix and order that fails to meet your satisfaction. I can appreciate that type of above and beyond customer service.

I ordered a chicken and cheese pizza with onions, green peppers and banana peppers and received a pizza with bacon on it. I don’t eat pork and haven’t eaten it in 20 years, so receiving something I couldn’t eat was very disappointing. I would like to receive something to compensate for me spending my money on something I can’t eat. Very disappointed.

Pathetic and disappointing. The pictures explain themselves.
Usually pretty good and definitely better than the larger chains. I deducted one star for an order that didn’t taste right at all. Bad cheese or sauce I’m not sure, but when I called to complain the manager was unapologetic and not helpful. Ordered again twice since then with no issues.
