Got home and noticed our pizza had hair in it. When I told the team member he said that’s strange because no one here has long hair. I explained to him that the hair was baked into the pizza and also is blonde.. I have black hair and didn’t bake this pizza. The staff sounded as if I was lying and offered a credit or to remake it. I told them I needed a full refund and will be leaving a review.

Ordered 2 whole pizzas. Ate the first one on the first night. Upon eating the second one the next night, we discovered a piece of hair baked into the pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she told me her system would not allow her to do refunds on previous day’s items and offered a credit. I told her there is no need for a credit because I will not be going back to reorder. I asked Beth for a number to the corporate office which did not work. I found corporate’s correct phone number and will be calling them Monday. It looks like someone else had an issue with hair in their food also. I would avoid this Marcos.

When I tell you they have the best old fashioned pepperoni pizza around, this thing slaps lol. They were heavy handed with my order and gave me a lot of pepperoni, the cheese actually covers the whole pizza, and the crust has a nice garlic butter sauce with parmesan. Food was hot, and workers are friendly. They have a nice amount of deals if you use there app or by simply ordering online. I definitely recommend you give them a try if you haven’t already, and hopefully your experience will be similar to mines.

First time Marcos customer, thought that I was getting from VCC but order was from Ashland..my fault..pizza is as really good I would probably hold the onions, a bit strong, and the sausage was something frozen, out of a box.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to one of their outstanding employees by the name of Derek. I visited this location after having a bad experience at the S Laburnum location. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and it really made my visit enjoyable. The pizza was delicious as always, but the service was what truly stood out. Great service like that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Simply great. I’ve traveled a lot and had a lot of different pizzas, this place is doing something right. I mentioned about my family in Philly as I ordered and had a nice conversation with Ben. Everyone on his team has experience and I could taste that they know what they are doing. I think of Marco’s as a chain, this place seemed like a family’s little ristorante and I will be glad to visit again.

Tried placing an online order. Called to get clarity on if I was using the “add-on” coupon correctly vs my order total. Couldn’t even finish my sentence before the cashier said, “Let me stop you right there…” before going on to say that he couldn’t offer tech support. Welp, guess what…you won’t get my support either. I’m about to order close to $70 in pizza and wings and I can’t even finish my sentence? Tuh…
