Ordered a pizza for delivery. The garlic sauce busted open in the box. Sucks to happen, that’s fine but some family members can’t have that garlic on their pizza. Called to let them know and they wouldn’t do anything about. Said they couldn’t bring out a new pizza, but would give me some credit on my account. I told them that I didn’t sign into my account, it’s just under my email. Dude wouldn’t do anything. Bummer.

It was our first time trying Marco’s pizza and we got 2 pizzas and a calzone. The only reason I have a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I requested no mushrooms in the calzone and when we got it, it was loaded with mushrooms. Other than that, the food was great. Will definitely go back again

The pepperoni pizza was really good! I added mushrooms, which were super fresh and nice portions. I like the garlic crust, unique and tasty. The chicken wings are definitely better than Dominos which have got way too fatty nowadays. Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately, ordered pizza at 11pm and email confirmation said delivery at 11:38pm…..(understand game weekend, things take longer)didn’t show up and called at 11:59 to inquire. Guy who answered said…delivery didn’t pickup pizza and we’re about to close. I asked what happens…he said he could cancel pizza and I said it would have been nice to have known this as I had been waiting an hour and I could have made other plans. I said, what about my money…he replies..you should get money refunded and I said…should?? He wasn’t confident at all. I told him I really hate leaving negative reviews and his response was….doesn’t impact me. I would HIGHLY discourage selecting delivery in the evening.

Probably the best commercially made pizza that I’ve had in a very long time. When you ask for extra toppings, you get extra toppings. I am a hard person to impress. When it comes to Pizza. I was impressed. They gave me a 45-minute delivery time. I had my food in about 25 minutes. They use Old world pepperonis. That means the pepperonis cup up. When they cook. They get crispy. Definitely if you’re in the area, try this pizza joint.

I cannot say enough good things about the Marco’s Pizza location here in Charlottesville, especially manager Eva who went absolutely above and beyond! We needed 20 pizza pies for an event with very little advance notice, and Eva and her team made it happen without hesitation. Not only did she accommodate our large last-minute order, but she ensured everything was ready in a timely manner that worked perfectly for our schedule.
Eva’s customer service was truly outstanding. She was incredibly nice and went out of her way to be hospitable and accommodating to our specific needs. Her genuine care and professionalism really shone through, especially when dealing with such a challenging request. It’s managers like Eva who make all the difference in creating a positive customer experience.
The pizzas themselves were absolutely fantastic – fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor! Every single pie was delicious and our entire group was raving about how great they tasted. You can really tell Marco’s uses quality ingredients and takes pride in their craft. Eva and the Marco’s team really saved the day for our event, and we’ll definitely be coming back for future catering needs. Food was excellent! The pizza bowls… Ahh-mazing & pepperoni pizza was delicious! For those curious, the family sized salad easily feeds 3-4 as a side, or 1-2 as an entree. Food arrived quick, hot and was packaged perfectly.

I absolutely love the taste of their pizza – I think it’s probably one of the better delivery pizzas in terms of flavor, but too often than not my order isn’t accurate. This latest order was supposed to be meatballs with half onions and mushrooms (missing the mushrooms and the crust toppings I asked for). The delivery driver was extremely polite and apologetic, but not much could be done with the missing pizza sauce cups. Will be wary of ordering delivery again and unfortunately carry out isn’t convenient due to the location. Included pictures to show how the pizzas came sliced – extremely unevenly, making it awkward to divvy up slices.

Horrible Service, took an hour from the time the order was ready to receive it, they contract out door dash and then say the rest is not their responsibility. Unprofessional phone communication, obviously kids trying to run the store.
Follow up, I used the feedback link and it kept crashing on me after filling out everything and would make me fill out again, I went through this several times before giving up.
