Love their pizza especially the “old eorld” pepperoni. I love how the pepperoni curls up and the edges get crispy. Their sauce is tasty. The service is attentive and plesant.

I ordered three pizzas but was delivered two. I called location, they instructed they would make the pizza and drive it back out. They deliver the pizza, I bite it, it’s dry, no sauce. Pizza is dry, pictures attached. I call for manager, he looks the order up and gives me two options, store pizza credit or remake the pizza. I asked why can’t refund it, he goes on about store policy and keeps calling me “bru.” I simply asked to use my credit and place an order w him now over the phone. He hangs up on me.
I call back, get a different guy (said to be the night manager.) I bring him up to speed and he said all he could do was discount my next pizza $10 because of store policy and also stated he seen the employee put sauce on the pizza. We go back and forth on the difference in what each person whom claims to be a manager has stated my options to be. I finally just said screw this $18.99 pizza!!! I do not trust you to make my food at this point! Forget the credit and forget placing an order, but do give a review! Customer service sucks! If your location made the mistake, make it right, no need to be rude about it. I will not order from here in the future nor will I recommend to friends! Good Customer service is a must for me!

This is now my go-to pizza joint! The staff, when I go in for pickup, are always extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve put in a few large orders for pizza parties with relatively short notice and the quality is always consistent. The pizza is delicious and I’m a big fan of the new Carolina Reaper cheese. Thanks for making my pizza parties a hit with all my friends!!

I have been ordering from Marco’s for years. My family and I used to order weekly but the service has gone downhill lately. Tonight was the icing on the cake. My pizza was not prepared properly. It wasn’t cooked well done as requested and was missing toppings. I requested drizzle they ended up putting it on my pizza at the checkout counter but I didn’t realize it was missing the toppings until I arrived home. I think slowing down and double checking the pizza before the customer arrives to pick it up would be very beneficial. We love Marco’s and have always recommended Marco’s to family and friends so I’m very disappointed how the service has went down over the last few months

So many people differ when it comes to Pizza so I’ve rated based of a few key points based on what our family has ordered over the many times including cheese bread. We love our Pizza nights & eating & ordering from a variety of local pizza restaurants.
Taste: 7/10 (it’s divided in our house)
Price: 10/10 (great price for what you get!)
Consistency: 9.5/10 (pretty on point here)
Crust: 7/10 (decent all around but again divided in our house vote)
Cheese & toppings ratio: 8/10 (generous & great balance)
So overall Marco’s Pizza is worth checking out especially for what you are getting for the price.

This review has been lowered due to multiple issues with online ordering. Time and time again we have problems ordering through the website versus other pizza places. There are so many tricks we have to face to get pizza deals here and today after spending 10 minutes trying to navigate through what should be a smooth online ordering experience, I have permanently given up on this place. 18.99 doesn’t equal 20.99. Every other pizza place is easier than Marcos to order from. Feel free to check my other reviews. We have tried many others.

The pizza and service are so amazing! The night manager has always been so gracious whenever I visit! He makes sure each customer gets their order right! Staff are nice too. I literally travel to this location just for my little ole pizza. I haven’t even tried anything else I’m still stuck on the deliciousness of the veggie pizza!!

Marco’s pizza and wings are both pretty solid. The pizza is typically loaded with fresh toppings and not too greasy. The wings are baked and juicy. I’m taking away 1 star because with delivery the food arrives cold and the wings could be even better with more sauce. But overall, it’s a good choice if you’re craving pizza and wings.

Will look to avoid this location moving forward until they address the substandard personal and kitchen hygiene.
Walked in and they were basically having a party in the freezer. One guy was picking dough off the floor and didn’t see him immediately wash his hands. Another guy was preparing dough and started to pick debris off his boots then go back to preparing dough WITHOUT washing hands.
Seeing how the staff were not following proper hygiene and lack of professionalism is very concerning and disappointing.
