I spent over $100 and found a bug cooked into my pizza. The situation was handled so carefree, for someone spending that much money with your company you would think an apology would be the first thing given and a full refund would follow. Nobody checked the pizza before or after while cutting? I also went in to address the issue the Shift manager was putting cheese onto a pizza without gloves while also running the register. No care for sanitation what so ever. Truly disgusted with the service.

Ordered online for delivery. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The food was not greasy. The original crust had a firm bottom but chewy center. It smelled lovely! The ratio of sauce was a little on the light side but it had a good flavor. The chicken Caesar salad was very good. Crisp and fresh greens, freshly shaved parmesan and the grilled chicken was fully cooked. The cheesy bread was fabulous! It’s hard to find places, especially for pizza, that give options for so many customizations. I have food allergies but with the customizations offered online, I could get exactly what I wanted. Delivery came with plates, accompaniments and excellent service. Everything was packaged nicely. The ranch sauce was very flavorful and tangy. A very solid choice for pizza delivery.

I put in a online order when I didn’t feel like making dinner. The order was correct, and the staff was super friendly. All the food was good the pizza has a sweet sauce. All the pizza and bread sticks were very good. The price was good for all the food we got. I will be back. For a chain restaurant, I would give them 8,out of 10.

Food was great and everything arrived on time. Thanks for once again fueling our MAGFest! Only thing we ended up feeling “meh” about was the hot honey pizza, but it was definitely worth the try! Wings are okay — again, great for our convention starvation circumstances — and the cinnamon sticks are so good.

I was a regular customer ordering from Marco’s every couple of weeks or more. Service has quickly gone downhill since they first opened. Two orders in a row they forgot to bring an item I paid for. The most recent order was the worst when I spoke to someone by phone and found out that it didn’t matter to Marcos if I was a customer or not. It’s like I was a nuisance to them that I called to ask to have my complete order delivered. Too bad, they have a good product as far as their pizza goes. Not going back.

I ordered 2 pizza bowls at 7:51pm they finally arrived at 9:06pm. I was so mad by that time I told them where to stick that food. The manager was a jerk about the whole thing. Will not be back, food is OK service is lousy. I guess it’s hard to get good help.

Good quality pizza, service is fine for Waldorf prices are fair. Don’t read too much into the 1 star reviews the local clientele isn’t exactly respectable patrons towards service industry workers. Few pizza places around here I can eat without it destroying my stomach this place I’ve never had an issue with.

Second time ordering. First time got a Pizza (the works) and it was great. Decided to try a cheese steak and it was horrible . There’s no steak anywhere on this sub! Just bread and cheese. For the amount of money being charged the least they could do is pust some actual steak on there.

Attempted to order a pizza and salad online and was charged 3 times but order would not go through. Proceeded to call the Waldorf, MD location and my order was taken by Denard at 6pm. Called back at 8pm and was told that my order was out for delivery. By 9pm it still was not delivered. With hungry children waiting for dinner since 6pm, I decided to call back and cancel the order which is claimed to have been cancelled and refunded by Jamiya. The experience was an overall huge disappointment. Waiting 3 hours for a large pizza and premade salad is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be leaving this review of this location on other websites and I will never order from here again!
