The pizza comes with Feta cheese but was just a drizzle so couldn’t feel the taste.
In the evenings the staff appears to be having a good time, even when they are busy.
Despite some errors with some food In pickup and delivery, when I talked to the staff they have never hesitated to remake, refund or even redeliver. Wholeheartedly appreciate the ethics here.
We grew tired of the same old domino’s and pizza hut so we decided to try something different and man oh man I’m so glad I did.
I ordered the ‘Magnifico’ pizza and it was just that. Magnificent! Love pan pizza so we chose the “thick” and they were not kidding. Each slice was easily amounted to what felt like a pound of deliciousness and goodness. Normally I finish a pizza by myself but after two slices my hunger was demolished leaving me satisfied.
Change up your usual pizza place and give Marcos a try! Definitely my new go to pizza place
We always get thin crust. It’s the best. They always get our order right the first time. They do not skimp on the ingredients and it’s always fresh.
When we’ve ordered for pick-up, we drive there and park at their pick up parking spot. We call to let them know we are there and they bring our order out. Staff has always been very delightful.
However, we received the wrong order of wings and our pizza was not properly topped with everything we ordered. We went back and the younger guy who was working the cashier (deserves a raise, he was working so hard and was so nice. I would come back for him) he had our food remade to how we ordered it. He got yelled at by presumably a supervisor but he shouldn’t have gotten yelled at.
I told the guy who i assume is a supervisor that since we waited over 30 mins for our food and still had to come back so could we have a drink? he said “we are short staffed and busy but sure go ahead” with an attitude. I also heard him on the phone and he was rude with the person on the phone too. But he did give us our drink so i can’t complain. They all looked like they were working really hard so i will give them a pass for the customer service slip.
10/10 guy working at the front though. I didn’t catch his name!
