Worst pizza I’ve had IN MY LIFE. The crust tasted like it was made with sewage instead of water. Only saving grace was the delivery got there quickly and the girl who handed my pizza to me was very kind and upbeat. Very positive work attitude given the likely horrible work conditions. Needs raise

I ordered online and accidentally selected jalapeños instead of green peppers due to the topping checkboxes being poorly aligned on a wide screen. When I picked up the pizza and mentioned the mix-up, the staff member was quite rude—pulling out the receipt and sharply insisting I had ordered jalapeños. Even though the error was ultimately mine, a little understanding or politeness would have gone a long way. Instead, it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The pizza itself was average—similar to Domino’s. Unfortunately, the poor customer service means I won’t be returning. I’m only adding this review because the business wanted to know why I only gave them 1 star.

Usually I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant… However, tonight ruined most of those positive things. I was placing an online order for my family and had a free small cheese pizza coupon to use. I decided to call the store to ask if I could do the Carolina reaper cheese or if that wouldn’t work for the coupon. The lady who answered the phone didn’t “greet” me or anything, but instead said “we’re not taking orders, we’re too busy”.
Now I understand that things happen, however, I’ve worked at another pizza place for 6+ years and never have I said we’re too busy to take orders. I’ve turned down delivery services if the weather would endanger my drivers, but we still took take out orders.
Now keep in mind every time I pick up my pizza it seems that most of the employees are high school kids, so maybe she just didn’t feel like taking my order… She was laughing when she answered the phone.
I know I’m ranting here, I’m just a bit disappointed with tonights service. I will say I’ve never had issues before and the pizza is always right and good, which is why I’m not completely giving them a super negative rating… But things like this turn away loyal customers (not just speaking about myself) and make it difficult to return after dumb things like this. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again and I can update my stars and take away this negative review, but until then… This is where we are.

i ordered a pizza and a chicken pizzoli and two soda the soda was very flat and we were told that everyone is buying them so no refund or exchange on these flat soda. Jaiminbhai was very rude and told us no refund or exchange so our experience here was very bad and probably will not be back to this location. The pizza tasted horrible and had barley any sauce on it. i expected a $17 pizza to be way better than that. I’m a shamed of this place

I have ordered pizza and cheesy bread from here numerous times. Yesterday may be the last time. The crust tasted like cardboard and the cheese was not melted and had a plastic texture. The cheesy bread was hard, tasteless, and didn’t have much cheese instead. I don’t know why everything has changed in a few months since I’ve gotten food but it was not good at all.
