We didn’t order from this gentleman but we would love to order form Marcos because of his pleasant and jolly attitude. From the unique door knock and greeting to his whistling as he left, give him a raise! Even though driving out in a snow storm delivering pizza is not ideal, this man is example it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it that matters. Caught on my door camera 12/3 at night.

I went in, was promptly greeted by a smiling, helpful, professional staff member. Pepperoni Magnifico! Delicious! There’s even a small table if you just can’t wait to get home to have a slice! First time picking up a DoorDash order here and the experience was confusing and frustrating. I went through the drive-through and was abruptly told “Doors over here” without any explanation or signage. As someone who’s never been here before, I didn’t know where “here” was supposed to be.
When I came inside, the tone suddenly changed and the employee acted apologetic, which made it clear the initial interaction could have been handled better. A little clarity and professionalism—especially for delivery drivers who are new to the restaurant—would go a long way. And if I may give a description of this person, they were very overweight On the heavy side, wouldn’t be surprised if they were sneaking a couple pizzas at night
Clear instructions or signage for delivery pickups would help avoid situations like this in the future

I ordered two calzones from Marco’s Store # 6010 9/7/20. They were late delivering it and then I had to walk and meet the driver to pick the calzones up. My daughter’s calzone was fine, as you can see my calzone was covered in cinnamon sugar. I called Marcos at 1915pm. I explained what happened to the person on the phone. First he like questioned like he didn’t believe me, and then he said, oh, well, the shaker must have accidentally fallen on the calzone and asked which calzone was it. He asked if I wanted credit, I told him no I wanted another one sent out. Well, the delivery guy brought it at 2115pm. I didn’t eat it after I thought about it. It looks like the cinnamon sugar was intentionally put on the calzone and was cover up with parmesan cheese. If the first was like this, how would I know what they did to the second one that was delivered. Here are pictures of the two calzones one with cinnamon sugar and the second calzone without sugar. I am disappointed with the service I have received. If this was you how would you feel?

Our pizza arrived a lot earlier then it was supposed to. We get the meats pizza which is great. Wings were not bad and cinnasquares needed more icing. The icing bag they gave is too small. Also, our delivery guy was very nice and sweet.

Just go to SLICE 420 instead. It’s better pizza anyway. And, they actually, you know, make your damn pizza!
