We had such a lovely time at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and cozy, with soft jazzy music playing in the background — the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely delicious — we highly recommend it! Both the pasta bolognese and the mushroom ragù were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. It’s definitely a place worth visiting, and we’ll happily come back again soon!

Came in for happy hour. The patio is cool. Has plenty of shade later in the day. The inside bar is pretty cool too. They have some decent happy hour deals like $7 wines and $8 wells. The burger was good. The baked clams are delicious.

I am a neighborhood local at Marco Polo. This place is my favorite place, even as a local. Melissa and Anselmo will take care of you in the morning and afternoon–believe me! Then at night, they cater to events that highlight the culture of LA. Cannot say enough about this place… actually had an issue writing this review and getting the word out but… this place deserves it.
Okay… was here long enough to have the 1) hamachi crudo (mmmm… pistachios), 2) Caesar Salad (Go-to app), and 3) the pasta. I’m not even going to tell you which pasta. It’s all delicious.

We showed up for dinner tonight with reservations. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful getting us seated. The outdoor patio is perfect for a warm night (even though tonight wasn’t). They don’t have a huge menu but from we had the food was pretty good. The portions are fairly small however and we both felt like we could have eaten more even after spending 100 dollars.

Felt like I escaped into a private oasis outside of LA – the ambiance and decor were immaculate. The food was so good and the cocktails were made so well. My favorites were the calamari, olive oil cake and the linguine with clams. I can’t want to go back for a date.

Delicious lunch at this hotel restaurant. Started with the Cucumber Avocado Salad (so so good) and followed with Paccheri Alla Vodka pasta (also excellent). Great patio space and attentive service. Will definitely try again for dinner.

I went for Happy Hour on a Wednesday, the atmosphere is top notch, the menu for Happy Hour is limited . It wasn’t busy when I went (there were three tables and less than ten people, but the drinks took a really long time (20-30 min ) I ate two dishes and sat for ten min before my first drink came out, I would try again, but I would go for dinner and not Happy Hour

Solid food and drinks … Marco Polo has that. Great atmosphere (depending on weather) … Marco Polo has that. A pool you can snack and drink next to … Marco Polo has that.
Marco Polo is attached to the Silver Lake Pool & Inn, and it takes the best aspects of a “hotel bar” and mixes them with the best of a stand-alone restaurant. Let’s say it’s a hot day and you’d love to dive into a pool for a bit and then grab a couple of cocktails and lounge in the sun. You can totally do that. (There’s a two hour limit, I should add, for Marco Polo pool time.) Or, if you want to have a romantic dinner with that Tinder date that’s becoming something more, then this is the place for it.
The vast majority of seating here is outside. That’s mostly good, but can be bad if the weather is less than ideal. (It also means that reading the menu can be a little challenging at night depending on where you sit.) The sweet spot is definitely dusk on a warm day.
The menu is seafood-based Italian mostly and everything I’ve tried is delicious. You can easily share plates with one another so everyone can try everything.
The drink menu is exceptionally good, as is the wine list. To be honest, this is where Marco Polo really shines.
Grab some friends, order drinks and some apps for the table and enjoy the LA night here.
