Stopped in for lunch and was completely blown away. The oysters on the half shell were incredibly fresh — some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Briny, cold, and perfectly presented. You could taste the ocean in every bite.
The crab pierogies and seafood chowder were just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the service to the atmosphere made it a top-notch experience.
If you’re a seafood lover (especially an oyster fan), this place is a must-visit. We went on a Sunday afternoon and were seated right away. We paid $76 for lunch for 2 including an appetizer. They have a large bar area and live music on Monday nights.

The appetizer, dinner and dessert was delicious. We were impressed, the atmosphere is calm, classy but very comfortable. We’ll be back. The first picture was a crabmeat appetizer and the dessert was a yummy cheesecake. The entrees were amazing but we wanted to dig in, no time for pics!

We totally enjoyed our first visit here after seeing glowing reviews on Open Table. One of the top ten places to visit in Burlington County. And if you want to know what it’s like to visit an Ogunquit, Maine restaurant on the water this is the place. Without the water, of course.
Joan was our waitress and no mater what your age is she will give memories of mom. She will attend to your every wish with a smile and a funny comment. We love Joan.
Now before you say the crab cakes look anemic let me say it’s all crab with very little filler, mostly seasonings surrounded the lumps. And it is extremely filling with your tartar or cocktail sauce. I got the Chef’s Vegetables and the bride got the Crispy Sweeties both which were great. I would pass on the Cesar Salad. Good but out of a bottle.
Be sure to try the Lobster Bisque. Hearty and delicious and very filling. Do not eat too much bread which is warm and fresh.
No room for dessert this time. We signed up for the Captain’s membership card to get discounts in the future. Believe me, we will be back because it will take a year to try that menu!

Full Seafood menu. The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp and scallops with the lobster risotto. Could not get enough! They also had the best french onion soup I’ve ever had! My only problem is they would not give me the recipe. Haha! This is the place to visit if you love Seafood. I can’t wait to go back and try the lobster tails!

Good place. Expected better! Great decor and very shore vibe. Food was good. My wife had lobster risotto balls. She said they were good but no lobster and not much risotto and didn’t really taste red peppers. I had shrimp and crab fried rice it was good. I would have rated food probably a 4 and we would go back! I would recommend just don’t get lobster risotto balls. Our waitress was pleasant but rushed and it really wasn’t that crowded when we were there a little after 3pm. I asked her for a water for my wife who was in bathroom and a beer. My beer came out quickly and when she came back my wife was at table and ordered a drink and another water. We also ordered my wife ordered and I then asked what specials were she said I’m really not sure. She didn’t go to find out. So I just ordered. I watched the 2 tables next to us and the waiter and waitress came to there tables with a board with specials and read to there customers. I listened so did my wife and I would have ordered one of the apps and my wife would have ordered one of the entrees instead of what she ordered. She came back after our meals were there and I asked for another beer and for the 3rd time for a water for my wife which she still didn’t get yet after asking 3 times! While my wife was still eating dinner she asked us if we wanted dessert. Which is sort of like rushing us out. So service wasn’t stellar. By the way my wife had a lavender martini and it was tremendous! I hate giving a 3 star but didn’t live up to expectations but will definitely give another chance!

We were seated in the sun room which I loved because it was nice and bright. Our server Bernie was very attentive, he knew what recommendations to make and was very knowledgeable. He offered up additional information about music on Mondays which was appreciated. Overall everything was great. No complaints.

The service and atmosphere are the best thing. We went during trivia night and happy hour, definitely recommend that, tons of fun and really brought out the atmosphere. The service was phenomenal as well, our server Yuran, was amazing and the food was brought out so quickly. The food is not the best food you have ever tried but not the worst either, it’s definitely above average. The clam chowder soup is definitely worth the try though along with hot crab dip. The prices are fair and not unreasonable for the type of restaurant.
