$20 for a shake and a small ice cream unfortunately the reviews are correct. I wish we didn’t find out for ourselves but we wanted a sweet treat and have always loved marble slab..
The poor girl working the counter didn’t even say a word to us.. no customer service at all. Won’t be going back- no wonder they’re hiring.

Got a coffee shake. Very disappointed, mostly milk very little coffee ice cream. I felt like I was drinking iced milk with little coffee flavor. I mentioned this to the girl and I was told that I should have told her I wanted thick. I think she was just being lazy because to make it thick , she would have had to get more coffee ice cream. She was just rude. We will not be back.

Had a great experience here yesterday. Both employees were wonderful but the blonde girl who helped my party was super! Sorry I didn’t catch her name but I will next time I’m back by. The place was clean and the ice cream (we got custom quarts ) was fantastic. Thanks again for the fun start to our evening.

We had a great experience with this location! We brought in several kids from my daughter’s class to celebrate her birthday and Rachel was very helpful in planning things out and helping all the kids get their orders. Everyone that came had a great time, loved the options we had available, and we loved how much fun the kids all had. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday treat such a fun day!

Why even be open if you can’t get ice cream after 8:15? I was told they turn the slab off at 8:15. They do not close until 9:00. Sounds like employees are just being lazy and rude. Close at 8:15 if that is when the slab has to be turned off. I drove 20 minutes to get there because I thought they did not close until 9:00.

Had the worst experience at this location Friday evening. I came in hour before closing and was treated as an inconvenience. The girl who was “helping me” was extremely rude, sarcastic and lacked basic sanitary and food safety knowledge. The stone was incredibly dirty and she failed to clean it, the utensil water was dirty and she was splashing it everywhere and she did not wear gloves and I witnessed her touching the computer, various items behind the counter and then prepare food items without washing her hands. Will not be returning to this location

We have never had a bed experience at this location till tonight. Attitude was present for everything being asked. Both were not listening that was being said for each order. We asked for cookies and it felt like an inconvenience. Hoping this isn’t a repeat occurrence. Love the ice cream.

Only one employee was working, and she was licking her fingers between ice cream scoops (no gloves). Stand up freezer was broken, ice cream had melted and refroze, plastic shield for ice cream was broken and nuts & bolts were falling into the ice cream. Overall, the place was unsanitary and dirty.

Good product- bad service. If you are open until 9pm then you should use your mixers until 9pm and not clean them early then turn service away because you don’t want to re-clean them. We compromised and took a different offering but the family behind us walked out after waiting 10 minutes just to be told they wouldn’t mix their toppings. Don’t be lazy ladies.

Four stars for the ice cream!! All natural ingredients and homemade flavors that are very good. However, they need more employees in the store to handle the customers and the milkshakes are more milk than ice cream… very liquidy and need to be made thicker and with more ice cream… Especially for the price and size that they are.
