Lilly is awesome! She prepared my cookie dough/cookies & cream ice cream perfectly. She was very courteous, kind, and friendly throughout our entire interaction and while serving me. Great customer service. Also, the restaurant is clean and looks great. This is a great location.

I recently visited Marble Slab Creamery, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During my visit, I observed interactions between the owners, and their staff that made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable.
From what I witnessed, employees did not appear to be treated with patience or respect. The tone and manner of communication seemed harsh, and it created an awkward atmosphere for customers. It’s concerning to see staff looking stressed or uneasy while simply trying to do their jobs.

For awhile, I have wanted to try out this ice cream and cookie location which is next to Milano Nail Spa and HEB in Manvel Town Center. I was not disappointed at all! I ordered double chocolate and mint flavors, and an original cookie. They both tasted amazing. This location is conveniently next to nail salon and HEB, I can get things done and have some treats for myself.

As someone who lives in the country but loves ice cream, we had gotten used to driving 45 minutes to Pearland Marble Slab. We would visit at least twice a month, each time bulk ordering quarts of ice cream but never had good customer service there. I’m thrilled that this location opened up recently. Not only is it much more of a convenient location, it is a combo marble slab/cookie company, and also had friendly service. I went this evening for an ice cream cake, two quarts of ice cream, cones and cookies, and despite my ridiculously large order, they couldn’t have been kinder. The workers were busy but attentive and didn’t even complain about one of the quarts that we like an 8 ingredient mix in (quite the workout). Overall, this is one of the best Marble Slab/GCC locations I’ve been to in my many years of ice cream purchases. I’ll be back often!

I ordered a cookie cake last night for pickup time of 1:00p today. We got there at 1:45. The girl working asked me if I had ordered from another location because she didn’t have my order. At first I thought maybe I had but I confirmed that I had ordered from Manvel location. She said that she saw it in computer but it wasn’t made. She said she could make it now but it would take 20 minutes. I told her that I didn’t have 20 minutes to wait. She stated that my options were to wait or get a refund. I stated that I still wanted my cake but would have to come back later. I asked for a discount. She called manager. He said he would work on it. Then she said she needed all the information for the order (name, design,colors) and because it was square it would take an hour. I gave her the info and left. She called me an hour later to say it was ready and they were giving me $10 discount. Horrible customer service and two very negative experiences at this location. Luckily the party wasn’t close to the time I put for pickup. I don’t think we will be coming back here.

Buyer beware: double doozie’s are advertised as $4.99 on the board but every time I get one, I get charged $5.49! What is up with that?! I’ll be reaching out to corporate for false advertising.

Your comment that you were in the middle of a pricing update is false. This happened the first time over a month ago and you still never fixed it.

Went in this afternoon at 447p cookie supply was very limited. Not a birthday cake, pecan supreme or sugar cookie available. 2 regular chocolate chip cookies, a ton of m&m cookies and blueberry. I was very disappointed, ended up getting oatmeal and chewy pecan for my husband. Andrew said there were some fresh pecan supreme but they were still hot, whatever that meant he didn’t offer to allow me to purchase any.
On a Sunday afternoon, all flavors should be available, especially basic and popular flavors.
