I had a really disappointing experience here. They don’t take Apple Pay or any kind of wireless payment, but there was no sign anywhere saying that before we ordered. After we told them we couldn’t pay that way, they set the milkshake aside on a humid counter, and by the time we got it back, the whipped cream had melted and tasted off. It honestly seemed expired. On top of that, they even forgot to add the chocolate sauce we asked for. For a place that charges so much, the service and communication should be way better. Definitely not coming back until they fix these issues.

Honestly this was a great place to swing by and grab some ice cream. We have five people in our group and they had something for everyone. Their prices were aligned and their location provides a great place to go walk around. As you can tell we had just a little to much fun! The stone was not cold so by the time I was handed my ice cream it was soup and running down the cup all over the counter it dripped everywhere. Common sense would tell you to put it in a cup or wait until the stone was cold enough to use. Let’s not forget to mention wrapping the cone in a napkin while it’s already dripping makes the paper stick and the cone in eatable. The lack of care or concern for the mess that it created is beyond me. I literally got dirty all over, and everyone who had ice cream also got there clothes dirty from our dripping milk , Because I can not honestly call that milky mess an ice cream. By far the worst experience ever.

We went during Father’s Day weekend and they only had 3 flavors! And they were the most weirdest flavors too the only 3 they had was black cherry, pistachio, and one other. Extreme let down. Then we decided to give them another chance We went back about a week later and same thing only three flavors. My family is pretty basic so we just get basic flavors like strawberry, chocolate, vanilla nothing out of the ordinary so the regular flavors you would expect an ice cream shop to have when they don’t is a huge let down. considering not even going here anymore they never have the stuff to make milkshakes and then only have 3 flavors!? Get it together marble slab or you won’t have our business anymore. I saw somewhere that the weekend we went y’all were out and should be back and running tomorrow but a week later and still no ice cream is disappointing. Y’all lost a lot of costumers because of this issue we saw a ton of costumers walking out when they looked at what you had to offer which was only three flavors. Y’all may have been busy over the weekend which y’all said in a lot of reviews about this matter but two times?

Very disappointed today 9/13. My family came in about 10 minuts from closing and they were done working and all cleaned up and would not serve us. If you are going to stop serving at 8:45 you should just close then. make feel this is one of the best values for ice cream around. It may be 5 bucks for a small cone, but it is a waffle cone with a huge scoop and unlimited mix ins. This is a great deal and great ice cream.

Good Food, you get what u expect. Service was great as well. Sometimes u wonder with younger servers but they were great. My son left his wallet outside and one of the ladies happily went outside and found it and was honest about it, to get his wallet back.
